I had an Ashiatsu massage with Stephany , OOOH my was it wonderful. She addressed my worst places, shoulders and neck and through careful application of pressure released some chronic tension held in these areas. The space is lovely and relaxing as well, but ask for Stephany, she will do a great job for you. I left feeling relaxed and energized. This is a great place!

Dr. Karl has been treating me for neck, shoulder, arm and hand pain for the past couple months. In that time, I have seen a huge improvement and less pain all over. I also appreciate how thorough he is in showing me new stretches to help strengthen my shoulder and core. The treatments have been invaluable in helping me feel better. He is also very personable and goes above and beyond a normal doctor visit. I will continue with Dr. Karl for many years to come as adjustments have become a mainstay for my wellbeing. I visited Dr. Karl and Pure Motion for treatment of chronic low back and sciatica pain. The pain was awful and unbearable most days with pain shooting down my legs. I met with Dr. Karl and his diagnosis was thorough. He explained to me the causes of my pain and how chiropractic adjustments, therapies and specific exercises and stretches will be used to get me pain free. I jumped on a treatment plan of more often at first and then decreasing visits as I improved through the treatment plan. I was recently release from care pain free and feeling the best I have felt in over 5 years. I have the stretches and exercises that Dr. Karl gave me that I continue to do to keep my back and spine healthy and strong. The staff was great with reviewing my insurance coverage as well and made it a super easy process. Yes, folks, your insurance will cover chiropractic care!
