Atomic Tattoo was started in 1992 to serve the Austin area. Walk-ins are allowed where clients choose from selections of pre-made designs or come up with their own custom tattoo art. The tattoo studio offers piercing services, and has a large selection of body jewelry. A portion of the studio’s proceeds is donated to the local organizations such as the Austin Humane Society, the Wounded Warrior Project, and The Travis County Brown Santa Program.
First time in a tattoo store. I am impressed with how clean the place is and the staff is friendly and helpful. Bonnie did our piercings and she is so calm that her voice just let's you know you are in capable hands. Bonnie explained exactly what she was going to do and what to do when we got home.
It was an amazing experience for my first cartilage piercing. Justin-the piercer- was very nice and did an awesome job. All the staff members were very polite and created a completely welcoming environment.
This was my first tattoo experience and it was AMAZING due to not only the tattoo shop itself, but because of my fantastic tattoo artist, Alex Asad. Seriously, a flawless experience. I got a small upper rib piece done, and I will definitely return to him for more in the future. COME TO ATOMIC AND ASK FOR ALEX, you won't be disappointed! He's meticulous about his work, funny as hell, has a light touch, and cares for all of his clients to a whole other level.
Alli Baker Tattoos was established in 2014 although the artist has been in the trade since 2004. Alli Baker featured in season 2 of the Oxygen Network’s hit show- Best Ink after being selected from more than 20,000 applicants. The tattoo artist made it to the top 10 and this attests to her talent and capabilities in handling clients. Alli Baker has more than 10 years of experience in tattooing. Her clients appreciate her style of using vivid colors, soft water color techniques and a balanced saturation. She is also great with grayscale work and this makes her a versatile artist.

Cory James Tattoo has served residents of Austin with tattooing services since 2013 with artist having more than 10 years of experience. James, the artist used to practice his trade in Milwaukee and claims to have been deeply ingrained into art by his grandfather who was a character artist and sign painter. Over the years James has developed excellent capabilities to produce tattoos that bring lived experiences, ideas and emotions to life. He is specialist in black and grey tattoos in realistic, surreal, dotwork, portraits and geometric works. Clients recommend Cory James for his accurate work and reasonable pricing.
Cory's portfolio speaks for itself where his raw talent is concerned, so I'll talk about the experience. The studio is clean, cozy. Once Cory gets started he's a machine with the needle. Great chairside manner. I've never had a piece done that hurt so little and healed so fast. Cory is amazingly gentle.
I've spent over 20 hours with Cory so far, and would do another 20 if it wasn't for the tattooing part! He seriously helped me out with a gigantic back piece. He's beyond talented and hard working. Lost Edge Tattoo is a beautiful studio and I really enjoy working with him. I'll never go anywhere else - best tattoo experience to date! Thanks again Cory!
Cory is incredibly talented and took on a sleeve continuation when nobody else wanted to. He exceeded my expectations and my tattoo has incredible flow. I love it. Also, the aftercare salve he uses during the tattoo (and what you take home to use afterwards) speeds up healing to a degree that the tattoo peeled very minimally. I look forward to going back to him in the future. Great artist, and a badass boxer to boot.
The tattoo artists at Legend Tattoo have more than 35 years of combined artistry experience. The studio welcomes walk-ins although they prefer appointments. Hey are open for several days every week. Numerous clients have praised the studio for the professionalism of its staff, their attention to detail and high quality work.

I didn't get tattooed here, I was too late for a walk in and couldn't do an appointment due to me only visiting Texas and leaving the next day, but I could tell the tattoos here are amazing, and the artist I talked to was very friendly. Even though he couldn't get me in, he did try to call other artists and recommended a Location. I took his word for the location and I got a very good tattoo for a great price. If I come back to Texas, I will get one here!
This tattoo shop is Amazing!! All my tattoos done by the owner (Patrick) are Perfect!! I originally went to several other places first then I found this shop!! Unlike the other shops and people i was told to go to,the first time I met Patrick, he immediately took time to listen about my idea and created a gorgeous sleeve from it!! I initially offered to tip him and he refused and told me, he couldn't accept it because he's the owner. I literally just had a long session and I'm leaving amazed and stoked for the next sessions with him specifically!! This piece I'm doing with him now is the most meaningful tattoo for it has to do with my father whom I've just lost in Dec 2016. His layout for the next sessions and the final product is telling a story of more than I could put into words and I wouldn't have asked for a better/different artist. Excited for more art from in the future and will always refer people to him.

So basically every tattoo on my body has been done at this shop. As an artist and illustrator myself, finding a group of artist this talented in a single shop is quite amazing. I have had great connections with the artist, gotten tons of great comments on my art and honestly felt the price was really great and the designs were flawless. Do yourself a solid and make an appointment or be a savage like me and just show up and get some new ink.
Was super impressed with this place. Eric did an amazing job! Was in town visiting and stopped in just to look around. Ended up getting my very first tattoo and I couldn't be more happier with it. Highly recommend it.
