I have walked by this bright, beautiful hair salon every morning for the past few years and had always thought I should give it a try. I was not expecting to find such a bright, beautiful hair stylist to go along with the salon! Janice is a joyful, energetic person and she is quite skilled at making you feel right at home in her cozy, tucked away salon. Even at 9 am on a Saturday morning, she made me feel as if I had known her for years, which is quite a feat that early on a weekend. She listened to my description of how much work I put into styling my long hair (zero minutes ;) ) and assured me she knew exactly what to do. She delivered effortlessly! My hair feels healthy and looks great. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a beautiful cut from an experienced, kind hearted hair stylist! I look forward to getting my hair cut by her in the future!

I took my two girls and myself to mad cap right after the 4th of July. I had been dealing with lice for over two months and finally had enough. The over the counter stuff did not work I even tried home remedies as oil and vinegar nothing worked. Karen and her staff where wonderful within two to three hours we were all treated. all that her team recommended was to brush out our team with this awesome comb that works amazing on any hair type. WE made a follow up appointment for a week after and were cleared of all lice and nits. Not only that but they have a 6 week after guaranty were else can you get that kind of service. Also they have a great waiting area for the parents and a great waiting area for the kids providing tables for the kids so while they check there hair they can watch movies play games its just a wonderful and comfortable environment. Pamela is the best!!! I have been going to Pamela for years now and cannot say enough wonderful things about her not only as a person but as a stylist. She truly listens to what you want and responds to that but also will give her honest opinion which I value. I get Keratin treatments from her which is actually what led me to her. I had tried several salons here in Austin and had one horrible experience then a decent few then I found Pamela. She is a master at what she does and it shows on your hair. My hair has never looked or felt better.
Jason Schreiber is amazing! He understands what it is that I am wanting done and is very open about the processes involved in obtaining the desired results while doing what is best and healthiest for my hair. His work is so incredible that people continue to compliment my hair and ask if I have just had something done to it weeks following my visit! He is a master, knows what he's doing, and takes pride in what he does. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
