Everyone is so friendly! Dr. Kelley and the whole staff took extra time (and treats) to make my dog feel comfortable. A really wonderful clinic.
I had a appointment with Dr. Kelley for my cat. All the staff were very friendly. Dr. Kelley made a lot of effort to make my cat comfortable, he was very personable and took the time to explain everything to me and even looked up exact info on what I was feeding my cat to give me a more specific diet recommendation.

Animal Emergency Center of Central Oregon provided excellent end-of-life care for our beloved cat. I appreciate their compassionate veterinary caregivers and recommend them to anyone who needs emergency care for their cat or dog.
I have had to use the Animal Emergency Center now a couple different times, one time in the middle of the night for our dog with a heart issue and once on a holiday weekend for a racoon attack. I want to say Thank you to everyone at the center. They have been so wonderful to work with and always so caring about my animals and the situation. It is so nice to have a place to go at all times of the day or night and know your animals will be taken care of. Thank you!!
Dr. Byron Maas has been providing veterinary services since early 1990s with a passion in animal surgery and medicine. He is an approved international instructor to provide training in the proper techniques of chemical sterilizations with Zeuterin. Lauren Stayer, DVM a co-veterinarian in the clinic, graduated in 2005 from Oregon State University with a degree in Animal Sciences and later pursued a degree in Veterinary Medicine in 2009. Services offered include dental issues, laser treatments, surgeries and post care to exotic pets, dogs, and cats.
We took our extremely freaked out cat in because she was sneezing out a little bit of blood. To start with they put a calming cloth over her cage and it did miracles to calm her down. We ended up needing to have surgery but they did such a wonderful job of offering us payment plans, three different choices. We found one that worked great for us and got the surgery done. Our cat is so much better and happier now it's amazing. These guys are awesome!
Have taken 2 hedgehogs here, one for a checkup years ago and one 2 weeks ago for what became a euthanasia, sadly. The staff is super kind and patient, and the vets and techs really do care about your pets. They won't hesitate to explain a treatment, diagnostic, prognosis, and price. They accommodate those on a budget (I myself am a broke college student) and provide hugs and tissues if needed (I sure did). There are closer vet clinics to me than BVC but I really like this clinic and their staff; they're worth the extra driving

Dr. Quinn is an extremely kind, compassionate and knowledgeable veterinarian. She never rushes an appointment and she is thorough, gentle and informative. Her staff is excellent-always efficient and accommodating. I have had animals all my life and have lived in many states throughout the U.S. and I have never encountered a Vet office as great as this one!

Dr. Colton performed shoulder surgery on our young little cat that has given her the opportunity to live a pain free, very active life. He is our go-to vet for our dogs as well. I have always found his staff to be extremely professional and caring. I also appreciate the hours of time and skill he has donated to our local shelter working his orthopedic magic.
Knowledgeable, professional, and Dr. Rewick was trained by one of the best dental professors in US at the University of Colorado Vet. School.

Dr. Shaw is a top-notch veterinarian and I recommend him highly. When we got a rescue cat he gave us good advice on how to make her healthier, and his advice was helpful to us and our pet.
So many good things to say about Dr. Shaw and his entire staff!! I always feel welcomed and as though my pet is a priority. They have bent over backwards over the years to accommodate my schedule. All four of my pets (1 dog, 3 cats) are elderly so there's a lot of appointments, tests and medications to keep track of and they do an outstanding job!!
