I had a blast here with my daughter! The teachers are nice and talented at playing the ukulele while singing, this is toddler heaven! I enjoyed interacting with other moms and toddlers there. It's a bit pricey, but well worth it, especially in the winter when you have no where to take your kids.
Our two kids had a "Super Hero Training" party at Bubbles Academy in their new location in Lincoln Park/Bucktown. Brittany was absolutely outstanding, as was the entire Bubbles team. The kids were exhausted by the end of the party and clearly everyone had a great time. They were engaged from the moment they walked in to the very last minute. The feedback from the parents of our guests was overwhelmingly positive! We could not have been happier with the outcome and with the help of the Bubbles staff, we truly made a birthday party memory for our boys that we will likely never live up to again! Thanks to the entire staff for a great party!
We became bubbles members 2 years ago when my daughter was 6 months old, and it is still her favorite place in town! She started in the babys' music class, went through all the stages include crawlers music, walkers music, creative movement, art and music, pre school prep, and now she's in the toddlers ballet class! She loves music and dance, and knows all the nursery songs. Bubbles is an incredible influence on her, and we feel so lucky to be a member of this warm community! Can't say enough good words about bubbles, so give it a try Chicago families!!

I have been one of the coaches for the developmental soccer program that is offered at the school and I am really impressed on the manners and knowledge the students possess. Students find it easy to listen to instructions. We usually make classes fun by incorporating themes, such as space and planets, and I'm quite impressed with how much students know about space. I sometimes find myself learning from them. I would recommend creative scholars to parents looking for a fun, safe, and educational facility.
We enrolled our 2.5 year old at Creative Scholars after he had been home with a nanny. This school/daycare has been outstanding from day one. The director is providing a curriculum that is rooted in the most up to date research of what young children need to learn and grow. It is play based and very interactive. My son's language, manners, self-confidence and creativity have all sky rocketed in the 3 months he has been there. The teacher is very loving, kind, devoted and smart. The owner is present, in the classrooms everyday and incredibly supportive and kind. This school has one room per age group - not 3 or 4 rooms like other day cares. It is very hands on and family run. I would not take my child (if I ever had another) anywhere else in the city. I work in academia and healthcare and am very particular, this is a gem, you will not be disappointed. I also have experience with another well known and expensive daycare in Chicago from my older son. The personalization, creativity, intelligent based curriculum that is truly play based, loving staff and family who own it make this a high quality and special place.
My wife and I are so happy we chose Creative Scholars for our daughter. We can't keep up with rate in which she is learning. At 4 years old she is writing more than just her name, can count as high as she cares to and her vocabulary is amazing. Little things like coloring inside the lines and big things like reading site words and using that ability to sound out words she doesn't recognize and recognizing patterns and grasping basic addition and subtraction. She interacts so well with the other kids, both older and younger and is so polite and well mannered around adults. The teachers at CS have shown a real understanding of how children learn. The curriculum is based on getting the kids excited about a subject and letting them get involved, getting their hands on a subject, rather than just sitting at a desk with a worksheet. My daughter comes home and explains things to me- how plants grow, that the earth spins around once a day and orbits the sun once a year, that Kandinsky was an artist that painted pictures of things we feel but don't see. And the compassion they show towards the kids when they are sick or having a tough day emotionally is amazing. We can not thank Ms Charlotte enough for her influence on my daughter and we feel that Ms Megan, the director has built a curriculum and methodology that genuinely keeps the kids best interests in mind and gets them excited to learn and love school. We couldn't be happier.

We started sending out eldest here when she was 6 months old in Summer of 2014 and now she is almost 3. Our youngest joined last December. The teachers are awesome. Our girls love it here.
My son has been attending FYC since he was 9 weeks old and we could not be happier with his care there! The teachers and directors are amazing and care so much about every child. Would highly recommend FYC to any parent
My daughter attends part time and loves it. She gets very excited to get ready on her school days. The teachers and administrative staff are great. We are so lucky to live nearby!

Words cannot adequately express our gratitude for the incredible preschool program you have run for our son. Each morning he eagerly runs off to school and each afternoon he shows excitement about the day he has had. We appreciate how comprehensive the program is and how emphasis is put on growth and development on ALL areas - social, emotional, cognitive, etc. My son has been exposed to SO much and we really feel that he has been enriched through the various lessons and experiences he has been privy to. The quality of the specific class curriculum as well as the school wide special programs is excellent. The staff is exceptionally dedicated, warm, and loving; my son is always fondly mentioning the teachers at home. It is obvious to us that each child is loved individually and valued for his/her uniqueness. Thank you LCA for the tireless effort you have put into making our son's first years in preschool as wonderful as it has been. At 5, he knows his letters in sign language, his numbers in both Spanish in Mandarin and is starting to read already. We look forward to sending our daughter there next year!
My son attend this school, he was only 2 yrs when i sent him there, now he is 5 month old in the school ,I am very happy with my childs performance at home, he had learnt alot. The teachers, location is perfect.. Surrounding, classroom very neat and quiet. I wish they take infants :)
Emma loves LCA and everything about it. She is excited to go to school every morning, has made great friends, and absolutely loves everyone there. LCA has been an amazing support in helping me guide Emma through this development stage and w/o their fantastic teachers, Emma wouldn't be as sharp and lovely as she is now. It breaks my heart to have to leave them but I absolutely recommend this school to anyone in Chicago. Thank you so much!!!!!
Little Marvels is a daycare and preschool facility in Chicago. They provide children with the first school experience. They offer various courses such as music and the arts, nutritional eating, foreign languages, outdoor experiences, and physical fitness activities. Little Marvels also offer other services such as developmental delay screenings, self-directed learning, and exploration of the learning environment.
Little Marvels is our kids' second home. We have been there for over 2.5 years now and have 2 children attending the school. We have experienced all classes from Infants through Pre-K and have had a fantastic experience at every level. I love that it's a family-run business with a goal of feeling like an extension of your own family. The teachers are genuine and care so strongly for my (and other) children. On top of that, there is no shortage of engaging activities - music, yoga, drama, soccer, Spanish, etc. (which means I don't feel as guilty about the lack of extra-curricular activities!) My kids are as happy arriving at school as they are when I pick them up - which is as comforting a sign a parent can get! I could go on and on about how much I love Little Marvels. Working mom guilt is real, but Little Marvels eases that feeling immensely by providing such a warm, loving environment. I can't recommend them strongly enough to any parent looking to find that special place to care for their child.
We love Little Marvels. Our daughter is going now for almost three years and she is excited every day. Even during family vacations she talks about Little Marvels and how much she likes her teachers and friends. It is a family business and they make the kids part of theirs- caring, loving and learning. We are amazed by how much she learned and we can objectively judge: at home we don't speak English but she speaks, sings, counts in English and surprises us with all the things she knows. So we know she learned it at Little Marvels. I recommend it to everyone!
Everyone here is amazing! They work so hard to provide a warm and comfortable environment for everyone. They go above and beyond in my mind and I'm so happy our son was able to get into the program. We continue to look forward to our son's growth and development both socially and educationally they have been nurturing.

They have a rotating curriculum that varies once a month. Twinkling Star Preschool highlights enrichment programs like outdoor play time that promotes a healthy lifestyle and fosters social activity, and foreign languages and arts.
I can't say enough wonderful things about Twinkling Stars Preschool. Our daughter has been attending for almost a year and we couldn't be happier! The four teachers at TSP are exceptionally talented and kind women who genuinely care for the children and are passionate about what they do. The curriculum has been great and we see progress every week in our daughter's language, writing and social skills. They have fantastic field trips that the children love, do fun science projects, and go outside as often as possible. The food is nutritious and, most importantly, they let the children play. I love how much our daughter is learning by simply playing with other children her age. She is happy every minute she is there, which makes our lives much, much easier! If only they continued their program past age 5!
Our daughter has been attending TS since October 2011. We had our second child at the end of that same month so it was a lot of transition for our daughter. She was emotional and also, started regressing with potty training. I cannot say enough about how great TS was in helping us get through this time. They were incredibly patient and worked with us, trying many different strategies to get her back on track. I have attended parties and a field trip as a chaperone and I will say that the staff is extremely organized and everything runs smoothly. The teachers have fun with the kids, while maintaining control all the while. Our daughter has grown so much in the past year, in her verbal skills, social skills, writing her name, etc etc. At the end of the day, when you are dropping off kids as young as 2 and 3, all you want to know is that your children are safe and loved and having fun. I can assure you, they are here. The staff at TS are all amazing and truly adored by the children and parents alike.
I can't say enough nice things about this school. My son has been there since he turned three. The teachers are so nice and wonderful. He has learned and grown so much since he started. However, I have one complaint. He likes Twinkling Stars so much that he doesn't want to leave. He insists he is going to stay five forever so he can remain there and is flat out refusing to go to kindergarten next year!
