Black Cat Tattoo was established in 2000 by Sean Wyett. He has been tattooing since 1995 having been mentored by Eric Payne of Ink vision. Wyett and his team are well versed in offering a variety of tattooing styles such as black and grey, traditional Japanese, neo-traditional and European styles. Besides they embrace other arts like pin-ups, portraits and lowbrow. The artists provide aftercare guidance to their clients in a clean, comfortable and friendly atmosphere.
I cannot recommend Black Cat Tattoo enough. Sean was professional, super nice, and clearly very knowledgeable about his craft. Not only was he incredibly flexible to accommodate my schedule, he did an excellent job on the sibling tattoos my brother and I got which were essentially all line work. Sean also touched up a tattoo I had gotten earlier this summer from a shop in Virginia that didn't quite look the way I wanted. All in all, Sean is great, the shop is great. I will be traveling from Virginia to Boise the next time I'm itching for some ink.

I've been going to devotion for over a year and honestly I'm always left speechless with how great the experiences have been. I will only go here for my tattoos because of how well these dudes are with what they do. All of them are super nice and beyond friendly with any questions I've ever had. I've had all the rough areas done (ribs, stomach) first and going into it I was scared because it was my first couple of times getting a tattoo but all my tattoos were done so well and done with amazing talent and came out perfect. I have and always will recommend anyone wanting a tattoo to see these dudes because of their talents and professional services and have a really nice clean and friendly shop. Love you devotion!

I just recently took a friend back to have her nose pierced as well and it was a great experience for her. He was very attentive to her, it was great. I expected to be somewhat uncomfortable because I'm not used to being in Tattoo shops but I was pleasantly surprised. Oh, and they had the sweetest Pittie hanging out in the shop. I could have loved on her forever! When the time comes for me to finally take the plunge, this place will definitely be on my short list.
