Everyone from the managers, to the front desk staff, to the instructors, and even the members all have great energy. I just started and have never done yoga in my life, I was immediately met with encouragement, not judgment. This is truly a place where you can come as you are and reach your personal goals in a very supportive and peaceful setting. I love Atmasphere!
I had such an amazing time at an Atmasphere yoga event. The incorporation of breathing exercises along with the yoga sequences including the music and flow was quite an experience I've never had before. I definitely recommend to anyone looking to relax, stretch, center and have fun!

I love instructor Vladimir! He is a scholar of the traditions of yoga, and tells wonderful stories about where the yoga moves come from and why we do them. He has a great sense of humor too and is a great coach with the moves. The studio is serene and clean, has great service and I love the diversity of the other yogis.
Jackie's class was very relaxing. I am still new to yoga but I was able to follow along, even if I couldn't fit into all the positions. She made it very easy to find alternatives when I needed them. I left the class feeling more relaxed and limber.

As a chiropractor, I realize the many associated benefits of yoga. I have been to numerous studios in Atlanta, and this one sets itself apart. Consistently a great vinyasa yoga flow and sweat with any of the amazing instructors. All instructors offer different styles; however, they are all equally amazing - which is a rare find. Lisa, Tracey, and Elspeeth will surely kick your butt and equally make sure you leave with a more peaceful and rested mind. They also offer a variety of workshops, which can add value to any practice. The only compliant is parking - which is to be expected in the Highlands. They offer limited free parking, but street and paid parking are always available. I am excited for the Buckhead location to open, as I will be able to attend even more.
Love Highland Yoga in GP! They have a Tuesday/Thursday class at 7:15 am that is perfect for my schedule. Courtney is such a great teacher and makes class really fun and challenging. The fact that they have an app makes it so much easier to purchase classes, reserve classes and update my account, no logging every time. All levels heated vinyasa is perfect because you can challenge yourself in the more complex postures or stick with the basics.

I've been coming for almost two weeks and I feel like a different person. I'm happier, have way more energy, and feel connected to myself physically, mentally, and spiritually more than I ever have. All the employees are absolutely amazing and make you feel so welcome. I look forward to continuing my journey here.
Pushing through the heat with a mix of yoga and Pilates, as Natalie Skubic leading the class, was an awesome experience and my first hot yoga! She has a great voice (some can annoy) and tempo that pushes you through the movements at a great pace. I will be back to Brookhaven.
