I absolutely love this company! They are very professional and clean. When they started working at my house it was a horrible mess. A tree in my yard fell and hit the house, it was the worst thing that i could imagine. They helped me through the hard times!

I was very unhappy with this company. The sales guy was very promising about what will happen and how it will all take place. Don't trust what they tell you. First of all, they brought out 13 machines to cover just a garage area of water. After been plugged in for less than 12 hours the machines knocked out my power to my entire house and damaged my power box . I never understood why so many machines. I ask, but the response was, you need them! They punched holes in my wall to put the machine hoses through to dry the crawl space which was ok, but didn't feel like the machines were properly put in place of where they should have been. This company failed to perform work as promised on the contract. They refused to provide information I have ask for since day one. Therefore, the work has been sitting unfinished since July 2016. A new contractor has been called in to complete the damages they made as well as completing the work itself

My fiancé and I have had the BEST experience with elements restoration. The owner Matt is absolutely fantastic. He has answered all of our questions and made us feel so reassured about everything that was going on with our rebuild. As with any home remodel there were a few hiccups here and there but Matt was very quick to remedy the situation. The hick ups were nothing that Matt could have prevented it's just part of doing a rebuild and construction. We have had an awful experience with contractors in the past and we're very hesitant when we hired Matt, but he quickly put all of our doubts behind us and assured us that everything was going to be fine, and it was. The real test of a good company is how the owner responds when things don't go according to plan. When those situations arose, Matt was very quick to respond and did everything he could to make the situation right. We really appreciate that. We have had so many contractors come in and out of our homes and they do not compare to Matt. In this day and age it is very hard to find a reputable contractor that you can trust… Look no further. A big thanks to element restoration and their entire staff and crew!!!

Thank you to Aaron White & company for giving my family and I piece of mind knowing we don't have to finance our crawl space repair. Received 2 estimates well over $10,000 this past week from 2 diff companies, worried about having to come out of pocket or finance the repair to have our problem solved and no more foul odor smell. After having a somewhat minor water leak, my plumber recommended what he said were, "good people" to come out and verify if additional work was needed, etc. to clean up after my water damage. He said the Element Restoration Group had actually done his home and he recommended them highly. My plumber called Matt at Element for me, who ended up sending Josh Spinks to my home. Josh showed up on time and after asking me about the details regarding the leak, Josh and another Element employee looked around. They confirmed that I had everything under control and I really didn't need their services. He also gave me some advice about how to get my basement back to normal, just to be helpful. Why I am posting this is that I applaud the HONESTY for a business (and its employees) to offer the truth regarding services needed -- or not needed. When a company says that their services won't help a homeowner, well then you can trust them when they say they can help or when they tell you that you need their services. So based on their honest assessment of my damage, I'd trust them to have the same truthful assessment of your home. If you have had storm, fire, or water damage call them and you should be able to trust their assessment. Trust is a rare thing today. I thought Yelpers would appreciate this review.

If you need a trusted company for water damage mitigation services, my wife and I strongly recommend calling Shannon and Randy at Integrity Restoration. They did an excellent job drying, removing and mitigating water damage areas in all 3-floors of my townhouse. Here's a high-level summary of why we recommend them: 1. Thorough and detail-oriented: Found multiple areas of water damage caused during this incident that the initial vendor that my insurance sent did not find or remove. Removed water damage areas thoroughly and carefully trying to salvage items that were salvageable. Just one very small but telling example is: insurance's vendor removed carpet from top floor but left all staples in subfloor. Integrity actually removed all the staples from the subfloor when they came out. 2. Trustworthy and Professional: When they said they'd do something in a certain timeframe it would get done, in the timeframe they said and it would be done correctly. Their mission statement is "WE DO WHAT'S RIGHT, EVEN WHEN NO ONE IS LOOKING" and I can attest that they follow it in practice. 3. Communication: Great communication about what they were going to do and why it was necessary. When I asked questions, I felt like I got logical, truthful and accurate explanations. These guys treated my townhome like it was their own home. I would strongly recommend using Shannon and Randy at Integrity Restoration for your water damage mitigation needs.

Integrity Restoration is incredible! Jason and his team are simply the best you could hope for. We purchased a home and discovered after the fact there was a severe mold problem in the garage. Jason's team came out and completely eliminated all the mold that was present by working extremely hard to make sure all of it was cleaned up. After all the mold was cleaned up we wanted to determine where the moisture was coming from which caused the mold to appear in the first place, so he left a lot of expensive equipment running for a week in our garage to "completely" dry it out. The next heavy rainstorm helped us identify exactly where the moisture was coming from, and so we were able to make the necessary repairs to correct the problem. We now have a perfect mold free garage!

Kudos to the Mitigation Department of Integrity Restoration. My basement was flooded due to a faulty hot water heater. The plumbing company recommended I contact Integrity. First contact, Angela, was friendly, and reassuring about taking care of my situation promptly. Shannon Allred one of the company's technicians called me within the hour. Shannon has a gift-- a calm, stress-relieving affect. This was ever present throughout the entire mitigation process. He was also precise, detailed and candid regarding possible damages and a plan. Shannon, Randy Allred, and Mike Rogers were always on time and kept in touch daily. They worked steady, always going above what was expected, periodically checking with me due to my partial mobility which prevented me from getting to the basement. Their attention to detail was spot on regarding the importance of cleaning and drying everything completely. They approached the entire process with the same care as if they had been working in their own homes and worked well into the early evening until all air-movers and dehumidifiers were in place. I've been a home owner for many years and unfortunately have had use for mitigation several times. Integrity is by far the best company I've ever employed. Shannon, Mike and Randy are efficient, punctual, proficient, courteous, respectful, honest, friendly, personable, genuinely kind and caring, and professional. Integrity lives up to its name and will receive my highest recommendations.

Yes, we had very dirty rugs and carpets, yes, we have a dog we love but she sheds worse than any dog I've ever known and yes, we needed all the help we could get! Last week I had the pleasure of having Ken out to my humble abode thanks to Comcast / Xfinity tracking dirt all over my fairly new carpet. Ken is awesome. He was friendly and patient and had some of the greatest customer service skills I've encountered in quite awhile. And I love the fact that I sincerely felt that he treated me and the my little old cedar ranch with the same respect, deference and care as he would have treated a million dollar home owner in Buckhead or some other affluent neighborhood. In other words, no beating up my walls and furniture with his equipment while he cleaned. And he fawned over Gizmo so that's always a plus! But best of all - most important of all - he did an AMAZING job cleaning the carpets!!!. He was so determined to get some of the older stains out - he was actually working up a sweat in my bedroom **insert raunchy joke here - lol** He's definitely my new 'go to' guy for my yearly carpet cleaning. I was so happy I even wrote him a poem: My carpet stains looked like a nasty crime scene But one visit from Dirt Blasters got them ever so clean And KEN is a real DOLL - see what I did there?
