She is not for everybody. She can be a bit brusque, but she knows her stuff. I suspect she gets so many complaints because she doesn't bullshit you. I was offended when she told me what I was doing to hurt my case, but I eventually listened, and she was right. At the trial, the judge even mentioned something that I had done at Regina's advice really changed the case for him. If you want a coddler who will charge you a bunch of money and do whatever you say, call someone else.
