Silver Falls Dermatology is located in several locations around Federal Way. The clinics provide treatment for allergies, rashes, acne, skin biopsies, electrosurgery, skin tag removal, laser surgery, cryotherapy (liquid nitrogen)dermatological surgery, skin cancer and tumors, warts, skin tags, moles, cysts among others. The hospital has a team of 19 qualified doctors and other qualified personnel.
Had some moles removed to be tested. Was quick & painless procedure and everything came back negative one week from removal. Dr. And all staff Were nice and friendly. They also take state insurance which is nice. I did have to wait 2months for my first appointment but once I got in my appointments were scheduled quickly. FYI- Not gonna lie, the healing process does take awhile, and can be uncomfortable depending on the location of the removal.
Excellent friendly Staff. Dr. Elmer found a mole underneath the hair on the back of my head, did a biopsy, the results confirmed it was basal cell carcinoma. She then recommended another physician to remove it.

That's important as treatment advances are happening all the time. His office seems forward thinking which is also a reflection of his leadership style and vision. I'm impressed. I was very happy with the services I received at Federal Way Laser Surgeons. I was nervous at first, but I absolutely love the results! I have had two procedures done now, and both of my experiences were outstanding. The staff is friendly and educated, and Dr. Sabbah is very knowledgable. I knew I was in good hands right when I met her. I would recommend them to anyone, in fact I have referred several of my co-workers and friends lately who were very impressed with the results of my procedures. One more thing, the Fantasy Tan is by far the best spray tan I have ever had!

Overall I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Brecht and her team. She did a free consultation and set me up for surgery fairly quickly. She is very professional and her work is aesthetically very pleasing. I came in to get a huge keloid (almost the size of my fist) removed from my earlobe. It was a quick and smooth procedure. I have had multiple surgeries with dr Brecht love her and her staf they are very kind and helpful Dr.Brecht is sweet and she is not puchy like other doctor's same trough out surgery and followups cares a lot about her patients front desk and nursing staf very friendly and caring
