The goal of this Winchester based dentistry clinic is to treat everyone like family. My visits with Dr. Neumann are always pleasant. I have had much dental work done by him in the past few years and no matter what I have done, I always leave happy. I have certainly never liked going to the dentist, but my experience from my welcome to the goodbye is always a pleasant one. All the staff is friendly, helpful, gentle and make my visits easy.

It wasn't horrible and I needed a certain time considering I work at the hospital and they got me in Thursday at 8am. Working in healthcare field professionalism is huge to me and they have met my expectations every single time. I love this office. Would recommend them to anyone!

Dr. Geo is the bestest dentist ever. So knowledgeable and updated on all modern equipment which you will see in all the rooms there. Bedside manners are great and his nurses are the same. Wilma at the front desk is also very pleasant and helpful and always calls us by our names. Definitely a plus at Winchester Dental.
I just had a extraction at Winchester dental, I am very impressed with this office. Not only was the staff attentive to all my needs and make sure I was comfortable thru the whole process, the Dentist was amazing, he made sure I wasn't in any pain or discomfort. This was my first time going here and I will continue to have all my dental work done here as well as my fiances. I would recommend anyone that needs work done to come here. No dental experience is fun but they made it as easy and comfortable as possible!!!
My most recent experience at Winchester Dental was to get some cavities filled. Dr. Gio and his assistant Kristy made it easy and painless. They checked to be sure I wasn't feeling pain throughout the procedure, making sure I was comfortable was a priority. Mistie does my cleanings and she also takes measures to be sure you are comfortable and relaxed. I would highly recommend a visit to Winchester Dental for your dental health care.

We found Cedar Creek Dental about a year ago when we moved from NC to VA. We have been very happy here. Everyone with whom we have engaged is kind. Appointments are honored in a timely fashion. After moving to Winchester I spent a long time looking for a great dentist office to go to. After bad experiences in two other local dentist offices I found Cedar Creek Dental. To start, the decor is fabulous. I love the whole atmosphere of the office. They have complimentary beverages and comfortable seating. Doctor Farooq is an amazing dentist. He has a passion for dentistry and you can tell he cares about each and everyone of his patients. My temporary crown popped off on the Friday night before Fourth of July. He took the time to drive to the office on one of his days off to fix my tooth. I also never feel silly for asking questions or having concerns. I am very glad to have found this dentist office!
I am new to the office but had previously seen Dr Alexis when she was at another office. Tammy performed my cleaning today and she is ah-mazing! Gentle, caring, kind and knowledgeable. And Dr Alexis is the best! Also saw Karen to review what I need to have done and she was so thorough and very nice and helpful. They have a therapy dog for those who are fearful of the dentist. And the massage chairs are awesome. Latest technology, super clean and nice atmosphere (love the decor!) I like how they use cabinets between each dental station which allows the patient some type of privacy. Very thorough, made me wonder what have I been missing when going to other dentists. So far so good. Wish they had a cleaning station so that clients can freshen/clean mouth before being seen. Most time I'm eating lunch in the car or away and d ont have the opportunity to brush teeth before appointment.
Everyone is very friendly. The waiting room and patient rooms are lovely and comfortable. The staff is professional and good at what they do. Dr. Pell is a delightful man and very proficient. He explains things well and even goes over and beyond to be sure our teeth are in great shape. I highly recommend this practice!

I was impressed with the positive reviews, and the bright, friendly professionalism of the office. My first visit was also very positive. I felt the staff was very interested in creating a good experience for me. We developed a treatment plan that will allow me to address my dental needs over a time frame that is within my budget. As a senior citizen without dental insurance coverage, I feel I can finally receive the dental care that I need.
