We had to put our beloved Boxer Roxie down on February 6th. The staff was very supportive and sincerely nice. We received a card from them with personalized notes from the Vets who took care of her in her final months. The veterinarian who performed this explained everything that was going to happen during the process. They treated Roxie very well and it was extremely quick which we were thankful for. It is not easy to make such a decision concerning your beloved pet but they helped to make it easier on all of us.
Been in twice now for my new rescue pup. She has decent anxiety issues, but the vets were super gentle and had absolutely no issues warming her up quickly to them. They've been super helpful and their prices are fairly decent.
Dr. Katherine Borrett is the veterinarian in the hospital since 1979. She graduated with her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 1977 from Texas A&M University. I have went to Dr Borrett for years. I truly believe she is the most amazing, knowledgeable, caring veterinarian I have ever known. I moved from Roy to Draper about three years ago. I still take my pets to Dr Kathy. The trip is worth it. I trust her and know she will give my pets the best care possible. Thanks Dr Kathy and staff. I truly appreciate all of you. Tammy Hanna and Brutus
One of the best places I have ever taken my animals to. The vet has many years of experience, and genuinely cares about the health and well-being of the fur babies she treats at the clinic.

Our 3 month old puppy was diagnosed with Parvo and was very sick. She couldn’t keep any food or drink down and lost a lot of weight within a few days. Burch Creek Animal Hospital was so good to her and helped teach us how to care for her at home by teaching us how to insert her IV and administer fluids. They even would come out to my Jeep to give her the daily anti nausea shot. The staff was very caring and friendly. Very glad to report our puppy made a full recovery and is back to her happy go lucky self. Thank you Burch Creek!
Thank you for always taking great care of our German Shepherds, Ares and Shiloh. Dr.Leavitt and Dr.Sharon Klar are always wonderful with our dogs. The vet techs are always wonderful as well. The only reason I’m not giving full five stars is because sometimes the receptionists seem to not be very friendly which is a little discouraging when calling for an appointment or paying for services afterwards. Smile and be kind! ?????????

Dr. Bailey and his staff are simply amazing! They took care of our sweet 11 year old poodle like she was their own. Their compassion and honesty literally saved her life. She was on deaths door and would have without a doubt passed away 6 days ago without their knowledge and professionalism. We couldn't be more grateful. We love y'all and thank you from the bottom of our hearts for saving little Emma-Smoochi?
I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dogs! Dr. Bailey and his staff are caring and knowledgeable. I even drive all the way from salt lake to have them fix my pups!
Millcreek Animal Hospital was founded in April 2010 to serve Ogden community. Dr. Kristie Ellis, the veterinarian, graduated from Weber State University with a Bachelors degree in Zoology in 2003. She later went to St. Georges University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2007 for three years and completed her fourth year at the University of Missouri. She practiced equine and small animal medicine in Casper. Together with other staff members, they offer services such as surgery, grooming, vaccinations, dental services, orthopaedic surgery, spaying & neutering, veterinary services as well as soft tissue surgery. They use digital X-Rays and also provide in-house laboratory.
One day I walked in with my dog who had been hit by a car. I had been to see Dr. Ellis before with other dogs but not this one. Half of his face was gone. I was devastated. Dr. Ellis and her staff dropped everything and started working on him right away. As I held him crying they started an IV and gave him sedatives. When I stepped back the lovely receptionist gave me a hug and warm towels to wipe the blood off my face. He broke his cheekbone, the eye had to be taken, but Dr. Ellis sewed back the torn muscle and skin and now one month later he's running around being my handsome boy again. I love this place!
Dr Ellis is by far the most incredible doctor. I would not take my cat to anyone else. She answers all your questions and makes you and your pet feel really welcome and important. Seriously would recommend her to everyone.

We have brought our dog here for both regular check-ups/shots, and emergency care. Both veterinarians are extremely kind, as are the veterinary technicians who have assisted us. The staff is very knowledgeable and happy to answer questions in-person and over the phone. The pricing seems very fair as well. We love this clinic! :)
My first time going here was on an emergency basis because my fur baby had a fever & ear infection. They got me in the day of, even being a Saturday. They were all super friendly and proficient. Thank you Ogden Animal Hospital! I’m never bringing her anywhere else.
