Started going here on Jan 17th for recovery for a car accident. The staff is very welcoming and very attentive! Both doctors are extremely helpful and take the time to listen to your complaints and do a thorough questioning to make sure they have the right solutions to your problems! Called at 11 am. Got seen the same day at 2 pm. Superb service, amazing staff. Friendly and talkative. After being adjusted had a masseuse help with addition discomfort. Can’t believe the service. Outstanding, 5 stars all around.

Very satisfied with the Joint. Both Dr Thatcher and Dr Allen are extremely good and take their time with me to find out how I am feeling. I go once a week, and have been going to The Joint since January 2018. It has made a difference in my neck movement as well as back and knee issues. Here's a tip for customers: Ask questions, tell them what is hurting, don't be afraid to open your mouth, instead of just writing reviews and saying "the Dr. didn't say anything"!
As a photographer we have to be doing strange positions to get good shots.. Well I somehow dislocated a hip along the way. Went in there yesterday for a walk in, filled out paper work, and got adjusted in 5 minutes. Instant relief. And today I feel even better! You cant beat that for $29 bucks. I went ahead and signed up monthly to get 4 for $59. Amazing

My experience with this doctor and staff was excellent, I walked in the receptionist took my information, I fill out forms at the same time my insurance was verify, she then informed me of my coverage, so happy they take my insurance. Dr. Paslak and his team make you feel very welcomed and comfortable. I have been suffering from migraines for many years. It got so bad I would get them everyday. I tried several different neurologist and many different kinds of migraine medications plus acupuncture and all the home remedies you could think of. Since I started the program I’ve felt relief for the first time in many years. I highly recommend Dr. Paslak and his staff.
