Great experience trying out a float tank for the first time at Glowspa in Mount Pleasant. The owner took the time to make us feel comfortable by explaining the process and answering any questions we had. Very clean facilities and relaxing atmosphere!
I am a very skeptical person, so the idea of sense deprivation in a float tank was terrifying at first. But I let my husband talk me into it and I’m so glad I did! I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and will do it time and time again. The business was friendly, and most importantly, very clean. 10/10 would recommend.

I've had many a therapeutic massage over the years, and when I found myself heading towards a frozen shoulder I was referred to Mel. And from the first moment he began I knew it was going to hurt so good! (if you've ever had a deep tissue massage you know what I'm talking about!) And that is exactly what was needed to free up my shoulder. Mel is very well trained in anatomy and is able to isolate each muscle and apply just the right amount of pressure. His knowledge of how muscles, tendons and ligaments work together, especially for joint issues, makes him exceptional at what he does. And now I'm 90% better! I highly recommend Mel!!

The massage parlor offers Woodhouse Signature four-handed massage (full-body, reflexology & hypnotic scalp massage performed by two therapists), duet massage (for couples in an exclusive room), therapeutic stone massage (full-body with warm stones and light pressure), core body balancing massage, deep tissue massage, reflexology foot massage, Swedish massage, relaxing back, neck & shoulder massage, mellow mama (for pregnant mothers), and mint julep & lavender seasonal massage. The spa is open all days of the week with differing hours of business.
Woodhouse Spa is heavenly. I spent an afternoon there sipping champagne and relaxing in a plush robe, getting a facial, and an excellent massage (by Ryan!) Woodhouse Spa is by far superior to other popular "chain" spas. Every employee I came into contact with was most concerned about my comfort and happiness.
Abby is simply the best! She always knows exactly what I need and the space is beautiful. She's a true gem to have there. <3
