Doctors and staff are supportive, helpful and willing to take time to listen to our needs and concerns. We have been going to Citywide for over 12 years now and could not be happier. Our dogs are well cared for and the doctors take time to explain everything from treatments to vaccines. The office is very busy yet the staff will make every effort to make an appointment within a day or two. When we arrive to the office; our dogs are treated as if they were their only patients always warm, friendly, kind and of course they love the treats they give them. Best experience for all of us. Great staff that really cares, when my dog was hit by a car and I brought him there to be sent for cremation the vet sat with me for a few minutes and talked about my dog. That meant alot and helped, I definitely recommend bringing your pets there. They treat them like family
