We were so hesitant when we needed a plumber, but when our friend's family business was too busy, we had to find another option. Lou was great! The work was done quickly and neatly and was affordable too. Everything is working great (it's so nice to have a hot water heater that works properly). We wanted a sink in our basement and had been told by another plumber that we would need a pump because our drain pipe is elevated. Lou just put the sink on concrete blocks - a more efficient and affordable solution! Thanks, Lou!

This review is overdue, but I have to tell what a pleasure it was dealing with these folks. I had been ripped off, then stood up by another big HVAC contractor ( I won't even bother naming them), and gave did Giovanni a call around 2 in the afternoon. Not only did he answer his cell phone, but he made a special point of letting me know he would stop by before he finished his day. He stopped by, and spent a ton of time thoroughly examing a gas and a water leak. He advised he would need the parts but would come back the next day. They came by, and need phenominal work...and for far less than the big name contractor quoted. This is my new go to team for plumbing and heating. Really takes pride in his work.

I hired Guaranteed plumbing to renovate my master bathroom. The staff was friendly, dependable, and trustworthy. The owner is a great guy. He's funny, friendly, and super easy to work with. I was a total pain in the butt and they were patient with me every step of the way. The bathroom looks beautiful!! It turned out nicer then I ever expected. Their prices were very reasonable and the work was very nice. I would defiantly recommend this company to a friend.

I had a clogged drain out back in my driveway after a bad rain storm. I had called Roter Rooter, and two hours later they never showed up. Even though I was told "they are on their way". After speaking to a friend who lives in my area, she highly recommended Guaranteed Plumbing after they had done work in her home and did a great job. I cancelled Roter Rooter even though they were a no show. Within 10 min. of me calling Guaranteed Plumbing, Dennis showed up. First, I felt good as I got the rate when I called with no pressure sales. Dennis came to fix the problem and he didn't leave till he was able to unclog my drain. I was impressed at his persistence of working on it till it was resolved. I am a very satisfied customer. After a few nightmarish experiences with a variety of contractors we have FINALLY found the very best craftsman in the trade! Jack Edmondson is just a rare find in this day and after a total demo and installation of a full bathroom (gutted to the studs and redone from pipes & electric to fixtures & tiling) as well as the conversion of a coat closet into a powder room, I will never entrust my home to any contractor other than Jack. Not only did he think of every small detail he also is there for every inch of the job. Between Jack and Miles we had the experts handling every facet of the project without any of the important pieces being outsourced to some unknown. The peace of mind that my family has, knowing that Jack approached our projects in the same way he would his own home, is simply priceless. Jack Edmondson Plumbing was a great company to work with! I called for a free estimate for a problem with sewage in my basement, and he came out the same day. He took the time to explain the problem, my options for repair, estimated time frame and follow up. I felt comfortable that he was honest and upfront about my repair charges. The actual work was done just 4 days later, and the repair men were timely, efficient, and solved the problem right away. The job was big and my concern was high, but I was constantly reassured that they had done this type of work before and could handle everything easily. My plumbing problem has been resolved and they have earned a spot as my go-to plumbing company- highly recommended!

These guys did a complete re-pipe on my old row home. They did an excellent job and were honest and fair on pricing. I got three bids in and they didn't come in the lowest but the honesty and the promptness and professionalism that they displayed was enough for me to give them the bid. So thank you Jack Edmondson you did a great job anybody I know who's buying an old home I recommend you.

I came back from Vacation and my heater wasn't working. My friend's recommended me to call Mr. D's plumbing and heating services, and they came out immediately and fixed my heater at a great price. I couldn't be more satisfied with their services and would recommend it to anyone who has an issue with their heater.

I'm a real estate investor, with my most recent property we found out the water line from the street needed replacing. Kind of sucks, last thing to discover as the budget gets tighter and tighter. Mr. D's gave us the best quote, based on doing the work with two scenarios, just the connection or everything needed replacement, and you don't know until they crack the cement. TOTALLY TRUST WORTHY EXPERIENCE! The less expensive quote worked and he honored it. For me I know this will come up again and there's only 1 phone call to make.

Called Bernie for a plumbing/sewage situation that had been brewing for some time in our house. He was incredibly responsive, returning my call within the hour. We set up a time that worked with my busy schedule, within a day, for him to come over to assess the situation. He was prompt, courteous, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. We will be using My Plumber for all future plumbing needs!

There is no one like these guys! I have searched for them high and low when I used them before and when I finally re-found them and used them again, I was just as happy! Michael and Bernie were prompt, helpful, communicative and neat! They fixed my problem fast and and gave me incredibly advice! Beware of the other guys that have taken their name. My Plumber (Federal Street) is the only Plumber, heating, air conditioning company I would ever, ever use!

Bernie was fantastic! We had various plumbing issues throughout the house, and not only was Bernie prompt in responding to our call and knowledgeable about all the issues we were facing, he also took the time to go out of his way to explain how things worked, and walked me through what needed to happen with each issue. Would absolutely use him again for my next plumbing need!

Big shout out to Phil and James - on Monday night I found a leak around my water heater and thought the worst. Phil came out the next day and found it was actually a slow leak from my boiler. Came today and replaced the valve and bled the whole system. Also gave me some sound advice about future replacement. Thanks again!!!
