This may sound cliche but I normally HATE going to the dentist! This place should have a totally different name. They might as well be a spa. There's always fresh baked cookies and cappuccino, a bird aviary view for every seat, they only see 1 patient at a time so you have the WHOLE place to your self, the list goes on! Not to mention Dr. Laurie Bloch. She is a God send. So gentile with everything that she does and always has your best interests in mind. Don't think of going anywhere else!

I don't usually leave reviews. However, Dr. Laurie has provided such an outstanding service I had to. I would highly recommend her to anyone. I came from a complicated issue that was causing an abundance of anxiety. In one appointment she set my mind at ease. In fact, my first experience was so pleasant that I left her office feeling amazed. I have been there a multitude of times since and it is has stayed constantly outstanding. Dr. Laurie is thorough, highly educated, caring and just an all around nice person. Every time I have seen her she has sat down with me and actually listened. Very unlike other offices where I have felt like I was being rushed out the door. She always explains thoroughly while providing multiple options to insure I am also informed and educated. Her staff is also very nice. Take it from the girl who was terrified of going to the dentist and than found herself looking forward to going. Go to this office! If you're looking for a new dentist you found her.

Everyone here is AMAZING! I started just bringing my children and the lady upfront wanted to know why I wasn't a patient there also. I was previously with Absolute Dental and been with them for 8 years. I recently moved from Henderson to the Northwest, the Henderson location was amazing but the Absolute in the Northwest, was so so. Nothing to compare to the Henderson location. Well the lady at Cheyenne asked me to give them a try and Now I'm with Cheyenne Dental and couldn't be happier. The entire staff goes above and beyond for their patients!!

Kind and helpful office staff! I am especially grateful for Joeseph for his personalized and diligent care with my dental needs. I just came in to Cheyenne Dental Group for a chipped tooth almost a year ago, but now 9 months later my whole mouth is in significantly better shape! This place is clear across town for me but I make the trek cuz it's worth it :)

Cheyenne Dental is the best dental experience I've had. The location is great, the office is clean / modern, and all of the staff are super friendly. Dr. Tounian and Dr. Tran and his team are great and spent the time to diligently help me understand my treatment, expectations, etc. With that being said, I was in and out in a breeze. The results show and I couldn't be any more happy. If you are looking for the best dentist in Las Vegas, I highly recommend Cheyenne Dental.

Great experience yesterday. Got my teeth cleaned, xrayed and examined for a reasonable price. Very thorough, quite gentle and friendly people. Excellent work.

I have neglected going to the dentist for the past 3 years. I was referred to Dr. Flores from a relative of mine. From my first appointment to my fillings yesterday I have had a very positive experience from the Flores practice. My first appointment was at 2:00 P.M. and by 2:10 P.M. I was getting my x-rays done, and the cleaning was in process. It was nice to not sit in the waiting room for a long time after my scheduled time. When you are getting an examination Dr. Flores is constantly telling you what he is doing, and explaining what he is looking for. Also, he keeps making sure I am not in any pain. I felt like I had a good idea what was going on the entire time. Yesterday when I got my feelings done was my best experience. My previous experiences was that the needles hurt that numbed your mouth, and I would still feel some pain. I barely felt the needle go in, and after I was numb I didn't have any pain or even a feeling of being uncomfortable. His dental assistant (I apologize I do not remember her name) and himself had this chemistry together. He would ask for something and she would already be handing it to her. Lastly, the entire office was very clean and very up to date. Everything looked new, and it seemed like he had the newest technology. I hope this review helps.

Friendly dental office that treats you good. They do an excellent job with teeth cleaning. My wife is soon going to schedule her appointment here too.

I just wanted to let everyone know, how wonderful my experience was with Image Dental. The Doctors, the front staff , the a clinical staff and everyone is very warm and pleasant. The staff here is incredible, all of them. The front desk is friendly, the dentists themselves have an excellent bedside manner, they are really thorough and attentive. To top it all off the Finance department are excellent at working with your budget, MJ has a very positive attitude about getting people the care they need. Would and have recommended to friends and family.

I highly recommend the dental team at Image Dental! I just recently had a few of my old silver fillings break and urgently sought out help from Image Dental's providers. Visiting the dentist and knowing you need extensive dental work done can be very daunting, and that's where a friendly, professional front desk staff made all the difference. The office at Image Dental is also extremely flexible and accommodating when booking appointments. They make sure their patients are comfortable and never left waiting. I would recommend Image Dental to any of my own friends and family and cannot imagine getting my dental work done anywhere else.

I haven't been to the dentist in years and was nervous to go. As soon as I walked into the office I was greeted by happy staff (which is rare at 7:40am on a Monday!) I then met Jean for my cleaning. She had me laughing and smiling that I forgot I was at the dentist and all my fear went away! Both Jean and Dr. McCaffrey were very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in a way that made sense. They also answered all my questions and took a lot of time with me. I can't tell you how much this meant to me. After the visit I met the the billing specialist (Candace) and she explained everything about my insurance coverage and showed me line by line of what to expect as far as pricing for upcoming services. I would recommend this office to anyone that is looking for a high quality practice with really caring staff. Thank you for calming my nerves and making me confident about my teeth again!

Dr. McCaffrey and his staff are amazing! Everyone is very friendly. I have had terrible experiences in the past so I am weary when it comes to the dentist, but Dr. McCaffrey has surpassed my expectations. I chose his office based on online reviews and I am so glad I did. He explains every procedure and takes the time to make sure you're feeling comfortable. Keep up the good work guys!

This is as good as it gets! Its a small boutique dentist office that has a friendly staff. They even cover quite a bit of different kinds of insurances. They also have cool incentives if you recommend people. I've had my cavities filled, a chipped front tooth replaced, and a mouth guard made for myself. No one could even tell I had a front tooth replaced (color matched too). I also have a bottom retainer from previously having braces, and she cleans it perfectly every time I visit. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs to see a dentist.

This is the first place i actually say i am satisfied i have gone to other Dentist but it does not compare nothing like this place. The staff is the friendliest i have ever encounter in a Dr. office they have so much energy always smiling and being so friendly i would recommend this office to everyone. The service they provide is over 100%. Even DR. Amy is always smiling and friendly she did miracle on my teeth she took away the long 18 month pain i had in just about 30 min, she know what she is doing thank Silver State Smile for your help and service you have provided me, i will always return to you guy with or with out insurance even thought i am scare of dentist just because of the amazing service you guys provide thanks again.

Absolutely exceptional service and GREAT staff. Can't say enough good things about Dr Amy. We've have tried out several dentists in the last few years - all but one were good dentists and nice. Silver State takes Good and Nice to Great and Excellent. :) Our son loves them too. That's a great compliment from a 9 year old to a dentist.
