I got my first tattoo about 5-6 weeks ago. I went in for my appointment with Ryan. I was greeted by the nicest people (one woman was owner, I forgot her name) who were so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. I then met Ryan and we went over what I wanted and he made sure we were on the same page. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my tattoo!!!! It's better than I imagined and I love looking at it all the time! I could not be happier with my whole experience at Big Bear! I would recommend them everyone and anyone!
Love big bear. It’s my first tattoo at Big Bear (second tattoo) and it was on my foot. I am wimpy and let me tell you. It hurt. But Bob was awesome and the staff was super friendly. Was even given a stress day. I emailed all my ideas to Kelly at the front desk and Bob put it together for me. He was very professional and the room was very clean.

I just got script, but based on the portfolios I'd definitely go there to do something more detailed. I almost passed out at the end while paying (my own fault for not eating before hand) and everyone rushed to my aid.
