The Livonia-based center is owned by Dr. Michael J. Redmond who has been practicing for more than 30 years. Dr. Redmond acquired his degree in medicine from the University of Michigan. The dermatologist is a member of the Michigan Dermatological Society, the American Holistic Medical Association, and American Medical Association. I previously worked years ago for a cosmetology company owned by a dermatologist. I was familiar with Advanced Dermatology (Dr. Redmond) and was truly happy with the service I received. Doctor Aldridge and staff knew what the condition was I had been experiencing and assisted right away with a plan of action. Office staff is very professional and nice, and dr. Redmond is outstanding it's too bad that he's retiring and leaving this April 2018 but I get it I'm retired LOL he will be missed.

A very good experience. I went in for a routine skin cancer screening. (I'd never had one and I thought it was time.) I did not actually see Dr. Bruell. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They conducted the exam in an efficient manner and were appropriately reassuring (none of the moles removed out of an abundance of caution turned out to be dangerous). I will go back there in a year for a re-check. Recommended.
I was able to book appointment on a Thursday for a Friday morning to remove a mole. I was in and out of the office in less than 45 minutes and that includes paperwork, getting my mole evaluated and then removed. Everything was explained very thoroughly and it was a great experience.

My experience at Associated Dermatology has always been wonderful. The staff is very compassionate and the doctors are incredibly knowledgeable and great at what they do! I have moved out of the area, but will continue to make the drive in order to stay at this practice.

All of the Doctors are great! But "We love Dr. Diamond"! She is upbeat and a pleasure to be around. My Daughters had low confidence in themselves because of their skin and it has all changed due to Livonia Dermatology!
