I couldn't have been any happier with my experience at Gateway Dental! I very rarely post reviews, but I feel compelled after my visit! I had previously gone to Aspen Dental, which put a sour taste in my mouth. I was given an estimate of $3,600, which didn't include a root canal. After talking to Dr. Grossi, I instantly felt better! We came up with a plan that would cost me $1760 including a deep cleaning! The staff is so wonderful and kind! I'm actually excited to go back next week for my treatment!
Dr. Grossi and his staff are very friendly and very professional! I've been to the Swartz Creek office as well as the Flint Office and both times my daughter and I have been very well taken care of. My daughter had a "dental emergency" and they got us in right away, Dr. Grossi even told us that if she had any more problems to call after hours and he would answer and take care of it. There are several different dentists and other dental professionals who work in the practice and I have not met anyone yet that hasn't treated with the same respect and care that Dr. Grossi does. They are also great with kids!! Their interaction with even small children makes visiting the dentist fun and not scary. The atmosphere is professional enough that you know you will be well taken care of, but also relaxed enough to make you feel comfortable. If you are looking for a good dentist, I would highly recommend Dr. Grossi and Gateway Dental!

They always answer any questions but they always explain things so well anyway. They worked me in when I had an issue. Great office to go to! I must say I am very happy with aspen. I hate the dentist but these gals have made me feel comfortable and take the time to make sure I'm as comfortable as possible. I'm having a lot of work done and they are up front about the cost and the process. That's huge! They also work quickly and the work is high quality. Definitely recommend this office.
I was scared to go to the dentist but my view has changed. I LOVE Aspen dental. The whole staff is very nice. Christen helped me get a payment plan I could afford. Dr. Shah is very gentle. The hygienist Amanda was very caring and knowledgeable. She gave me a pain free cleaning same day with great advise on how to care for my teeth at home.
