The staff was friendly and welcoming. They made the experience of getting a filling as comfortable as it can be. Not an ounce pain just some mild discomfort that didn't even last a minute. Dr Piper was thorough and efficient. He had me out of the chair in no time. I think the whole experience from check in to check out was maybe 35 minutes or less. Would highly recommend.
I went for my 6 month cleaning today and was in and out of there in 30 minutes! My very pleasant and friendly hygienist was Julie and she did a wonderful job cleaning and polishing my teeth, as well as doing the oral cancer screening and finishing up with an application of fluoride. Dr. Piper was also his usual pleasant self, asked how I was doing and also did an oral cancer screening. Julie made sure I didn’t leave without my goodie bag filled with a new toothbrush, floss, 2 kinds of toothpaste, mouthwash, and my appointment card for my next visit. Finally, the very friendly, personable receptionist Jillian checked me out and wished me a wonderful rest of my evening. I’ve been going there somewhere between 10-15 years and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else! They are so personal and friendly and really go out of there way to make you feel as comfortable as possible.

I have been seeing this dentist for a couple of years now and can honestly say it is a HUGE upgrade from my previous dentist. I originally switched because I thought my old dentist was filling unnecessary cavities and I was right. Dr. Milligan said they did not need to be filled and that they are fine. Awesome and Amazing! Took my husband here for some extractions, which he was very nervous about. The last time he got a tooth pulled, he passed out! I wasn't sure he was going to stay, but the ENTIRE staff was so patient with him and very nice and understanding. For some reason every dentist that has pulled a tooth for him has had trouble. However, Dr. Nick has renewed his faith! He pulled 4 teeth in about five minutes, with no complications at all! When he said he was done, my husband and I just looked at each other in disbelief. I thought my husband was going to hug him! Dr. Nick is a SUPER HERO in our book!

I truly dislike going to visit the dentist. I have been going to Redbird Dental for the past two years and have found each visit to be...not terrible. None of us enjoy going to the dentist, but having a professional and courteous staff and and a bubbly, friendly environment is a great help. The staff routinely go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience and give a detailed explanation of what I can do to take better care of my teeth. I went in for the first time today. I had a terrible toothache that I knew needed a root cabal, but my dental insurance isn't active yet. I saw Dr Gardner, and he listened to me when I said cost would be an issue. He offered me a temporary solution that enabled my tooth to feel better until my insurance kicks in and I can get the root canal I need. He was able to save the tooth, and the cost was incredibly reasonable. Oh, and I called yesterday for the appointment and they got me in the next morning. I was so pleased with the work they did, and keeping things within my budget. I recommend this office to everyone!!!
The staff from the office to the clinical staff are friendly and make you feel welcome. They are very good at explaining what they will do before they do it. They communicate well with teens on tooth care and how to care for braces. Overall a great experience.
