A very professional, modern facility. The owners are very caring and professional. The staff are also very caring though staff turnover seems a bit high. Our dog loves to go there and the staff make a big fuss over him.
Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable here. They're open until 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday and until 6 p.m. on Friday. They have hours also on Saturday so it makes it very convenient for people who work.

I love the folks at Mill Plain. They were wonderful: gentle, kind, merciful, and competent. My beloved Puppy was treated well there, and they saved his life for us. It only bought him about five more months with us, but I will be grateful forever--and if I ever have pets again, so long as I live in the Danbury area, I will go to them.

Wonderful, caring and talented people that treat your pet like their own. Ive been going there for 15+ years and wouldnt go anywhere else. From custom food (for my rescue with allergies) to surgery (once an emergency) I've had nothing but positive experiences. I find the vets to be extremely well schooled with great people skills. Highly recommended.
This is a wonderful place, you feel welcome they are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place! They take good care of animals! Even the people in the waiting room seem very happy with this place!

We recently had to bring our beloved 19 year old cat because after two weeks of trying medications prescribed by another vet she didn't improve and the time had come for us to put an end to her misery. The doctor and staff were so very kind and sympathetic. Although I was a mess they truly want above and beyond to help us to make peace with our decision. They even sent us a sympathy card in the mail. We have since adopted a new kitten and will be bringing him here for his care. They are wonderful.
My husband and I could not be more grateful for the staff at Plumtrees animal hospital. We had an emergency with our dog yesterday during the snow storm and our regular vet was closed. Despite the severe weather, they saw us immediately and started the treatment for our sweet Abbey. It was more serious than we thought and Dr Baff set us up an appointment at a specialist and sent all her records over. I can't thank them enough for seeing us on such short notice and with the terrible weather. I will be taking all of our pets here moving forward.

We have many animals. 3 dogs. 3 cats and a number of other animals/pets. Some years ago, we switched from a local vet hospital at the urging of one of our neighbors. I had gotten a little careless with respect to viewing and didn't realize that our previous vet's place was not the cleanest. When one of my friend's said, a "Hospital should be clean", it finally occurred to me that I had not really taken a good look at the "hospital" in some years because I was fond of the vet. Switching to PR was a great move for our family's animals. Always neat and clean. The entire staff is helpful. Very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend to any and all.
Unfortunately people are more inclined to complain about experiences but fail to give compliments when they are warranted. Dr. Kaddatz is a wonderfully compassionate, attentive, responsive and simply amazing professional! He managed to make a very difficult diagnosis of my pet's illness slightly easier, which most animal-lovers understand is an incredible accomplishment. Two thumbs and four paws up for this amazing doctor!!!!
