I'm normally on the gas when I'm with Tobi, but she is a delight to talk to. Last, Ms. Sharon (who runs the office) is a lovely person and a joy to talk with as well. You will be very well taken care of with this lot!

I cannot even express how thankful I am to Dr. Brett DeCoursey and his amazing staff. I had a very scary dental emergency. I was recommended to contact him, although it was after hours on the weekend. I sent him images of my swollen face via social media and he got me in ASAP. It was more than evident that my well-being and conquering the infection I had was his primary concern. I could feel that I wasn't just another dollar as I've felt in other dental offices. His dental assistant couldn't have been more sweet and calming as well. I was extremely frightened and they made me feel as comfortable as possible. She even sang softly to the radio while they were extracting a tooth to calm/distract me. I would recommend North Shore Dental to anyone and everyone who wants to feel valued and in safe hands.

I have been with Dr. Nichols since her Chicot Road days. I have never had a bad visit. Everyone is welcoming, sensitive to your needs and gentle. The offices are clean and there is even a Comfort Menu with pillows, blankets and other comforting picks. I highly recommend EVERYONE to go visit and then set you an appointment! You'll love the stall and atmosphere! PS the doctor's chair even has massages!!!!
