I went in on Labor Day and found David who was absolutely wonderful and very personable. I asked him about the truck, he took me right out to show it to me, went with me on a test drive, and never tried to pressure me into anything. The entire process went smoothly, even with having my parents 4 hours away and needing to call them for insurance and registration needs. David was helpful and patient the whole time, Gabriel (the finance manager) walked me through and explained everything before I signed any papers, and Jay was so sweet in making sure the truck was in perfect shape before I left. I traded in my old car and left with my new truck the same day! After being referred to Jay Auto Sales by a few different people, I can see why they have such good reviews. I am so pleased with the customer service they gave, along with their prices, and will recommend them to anyone in the area in need of a vehicle!
Robert met us after hours, so that we could purchase a 2500 Suburban. We live 3 hours from Tucson, so it was quite the haul with three small children. Robert was great! Paperwork was done and waiting, car was perfect, and his wife was there to help out with the kiddos while we signed papers. He definitely went overboard with the customer service! Not many dealers will meet you after hours! As for the car, we purchased a used 2500 Suburban. It's in awesome shape, and came with a warranty! Thank you Robert for such a great experience! Kind of late to write this but I took my 2005 Civic to these guys about a month and a half ago to check on a V-Tech Oil Pressure Switch Malfunction. Little did I know that it was going to be a pain in the neck! So the first week or so after they fixed it, the light came on, same issue... This happened about two other times after I brought it to them, but don't worry, there's good news ahead! I went here a total of 4 times for the same issue. Turns out a Rocker arm was loose! So After all of that, they worked with me and they were friendly 100% of the way. I'm not a good reviewer but all in all, these folks rock! Highly recommend them for any Honda/Acura needs.
