Excellent service at a very good price. Stephen came the day after I called to make an appointment. He was on time (exactly 8am) and competently replaced a faucet, stop valves and after we discussed the options, he installed a garbage disposal. All in one hour. The price was good and the time was honest. (Not that all plumbing services are not, of course.) If you are new to Tucson and browsing for plumbing in Tucson, this place will be hard to beat.

We had a leaking pipe. Had to shut the water off to the house. Elite sent out a supervisor who capped off the pipe then sent out a repair man Stephen at our convenience who did the final repair. Cost was reasonable and both were friendly and informative. I'll be using this company again in the future if needed.

My wife and I were blown away the moment we met Daniel. He was not only incredibly knowledgeable but he was also honest and genuinely seemed to care. He wasn't pushy nor did he try and suggest more than what he felt would be best for our new home. Daniel and his team (including his amazing Father) did such an outstanding job replumbing our newly purchased home and for a very reasonable, fair price. Daniel was prompt and stayed true to his word. He started when he said he was going to start, and he finished when he said he would finish. He holds himself and his team to a very high standard which was abundantly clear, as we couldn't have asked for a better end result. I have put off writing this review because I was afraid people would think I was paid to write it...that's how good Plumb Plumbing is. Several months ago SW Gas moved my meter from my neighbor's driveway to the side of my house, in the process they cut off gas to one side of my house. A contractor friend rigged a good temporary fix and I got an estimate from one of Tucson's better known plumbing contractors: that sent me into a deep depression. A few months later SW Gas decided to leak-test my system--it's a fifty year old house so everything leaks--and subsequently shut off my gas, that was on a Wednesday. The same day I called Plumb Plumbing to get an estimate. Joey came out early the next morning and we went over where and how I wanted the new gas lines run. Unlike the competition, his attitude was: "You know what you want and it's code, we'll do it ." On Friday they had an estimate for me, on Monday they started work, Tuesday afternoon they were finished. They put the new lines exactly where I wanted them at LESS THAN HALF what their competition quoted me. It took for Pima County and SW Gas longer to do their re-inspection than it took Plumb Plumbing to do the whole job. Need I say more.

Best plumber in Tucson! Not the cheapest, but the smartest and the best quality every time! Do it right the first time! And, they stand behind their work! Also took great care of my parents when they had a water emergency! Have been using them for 8 years! Won't use anyone else!

Professional plumbing sewer and Drain are simply awesome. I was able to secure an appointment for an emergency backed up sewer in a short notice. They made it in under 2 hours as promised. Technician Tyler was very professional, did his job and cleaned up after himself and they were cheap. I will recommend them to my family and friend and anyone who is looking for a timely /professional and reliable plumbing company.

Professional was one of the few plumbing businesses that would give an estimate on the phone. It pays to call around- some estimates were up to $150 higher than Professional's. The toilet I needed installed had gotten terrible online reviews from plumbers due to being extremely difficult to install. It took Joey an hour longer than usual to wrestle that sucker into place, but he did a great job and Professional honored their original estimate.

Dave came to our home with three tasks, install a new kitchen faucet, replace the disposal and fix one of the showers that was stuck in the cold water mode. I notice that he was very conscientious of our home by putting on shoe covers and using a tarp on our floor. He was quick, professional and knowledgeable about each of the tasks. We were quickly comfortable with him in our home completing the tasks. He was quick, thorough, and cleaned up after himself. A job or jobs well done!

They arrives within 2 hours of my calling them. They were courteous, timely, efficient and billed the amount originally estimated. I couldn't be happier with their service.
