Hofgard started practicing law in 1981 in Colorado. He received his Juris Doctor from the California Western School of Law in 1980. Hofgard is licensed to practice in the states of Arizona and Colorado. His clients are guaranteed positive and fair results because he digs deeply into a case and researches the finer details of each case. The firm’s practice areas include business law, personal injury, real estate, and wrongful death suits.
Matt Hofgard was incredibly helpful in giving advice to resolve a complex mortgage issue on an investment property I was interested in purchasing. He took time out of his schedule to discuss the laws surrounding the issue, options, and clear legal fees with me without asking for payment of the short consultation. I would absolutely go back to Ruffato & Hofgard with issues surrounding my investments.
Great service!
The law office of Petersen & Johnson is found on 10685 West Indian School Road, Avondale, AZ. Ron Petersen and Brad Johnson started the private practice in 1996. Their practice areas are dog bite injury, slip and fall, premises liability injury, spinal cord injury, wrongful death, auto accidents, motorcycle accident injury, truck accident injury, pedestrian accident injury, and bicycle accident injury.
I was recommended to this law office and my attorney was brad. I felt everything was honest and taken care of in a short period of time. I received more than I was expecting and they were even able to lower some medical costs such as chiropractic expenses.
I was involved in two accidents within 9 months. My first accident left me in a lot of pain, I contacted Petersen Johnson and was referred to the chiropractor right away. They made sure I was ok before anything. I knew if I was ever in an accident I would definitely use Petersen Johnson again. Then a couple of months later I was and I didn’t hesitate to call them as soon as it happened. With both my cases they’ve kept me updated, checked on my medical progress, and kept me in the loop each step of my cases. They settled my cases in a timely manner. Overall I was incredibly pleased with Petersen Johnson Avondale and I would highly recommend them to anyone involved in an accident.

Tom provided our family with a living trust. He gave specific detailed instructions on how to make the trust work best for our situation. During the past two years he has called us to make minor enhancements on the trust as a benefit to us. Tom also got me out of a predicament with an unscrupulous time share company.
I feel very comfortable with Tom and his views. He always seems to cover all the bases with his recommendations and leaves nothing to chance.
Ross Anderson and Jim Skeens started the law firm in the early 90s. The two have since retired from the practice and Tom Schoaf and Jack Levine are the current firm directors. Snyder, David Wenner, and Brian Snyder. The three law experts have over 50 years of combined experience. Their practice areas include trucking and commercial vehicle accidents, motor vehicle accidents, dog bites, restaurant and bar liability, construction accidents, spinal cord injuries, burn injuries, and brain injuries.
Brian Snyder was excellent through my first lawsuit process. As a young adult age 17(when incident occurred) now 18 I had no clue what to do when I was rear ended in a car accident. In distraught and confusion Brian had my best interest at heart. Any question or hesitation he was there to put any of my concerns at ease and questions validated in the matter of seconds through email. I never felt token advantage of at all. Everything was fair and diligent couldn’t have asked for a better person to represent me. My family and I love Brian and wouldn’t chose anyone else if we had to do it all over again. I’m impressed by all means you won’t be disappointed when choosing this law firm. I will defiantly call them if anything else arises.
Brian is a highly-respected trial attorney with a wide range of experience in personal injury, including wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases. His knowledge, dedication and work ethic always produces the best results possible. Brian has been recognized on a national level by peers and the legal community for his many successes and continues to be at the top of his profession every year. As an active member of the Arizona Association For Justice and the American Association For Justice, he is a standout in his profession and I would highly recommend him.
Wayne Howell has been practicing law since 1995 when he graduated from Rutgers School of Law. For a few years, he concentrated on business law until 2004 when he started practicing in personal injury. Wayne started his own practice in 2008 in Avondale, AZ. He deals with cases involving motorcycles, golfcarts, automobiles, electric vehicle accidents, tractor accidents, dog bites, falls, trailer accidents, tractor accidents, neighborhood vehicles, and other accident-related cases.
Wayne took my case when other lawyer's said it was a waste of time. I didn't get a lot of money but I did get 3000 more than I had and I got my car fixed. He worked with me and now with him being on his own HE actually answers the phone when you call him. He's smart and to the point but I'm sure he never lied to me. He actually gives lawyers a good name, if you can believe that.
