Everyone was so nice to me and my daughter and tried what they could with my cat. She finally died at home with us. I didn't know what to do with her because it is against the law to bury animals in the property. I called banfield and was told to take her in and they would take care of her (cremation) . I was not charged for the cremation. Approximately one week later I received a beautiful card of sympathy on my lost. Thank you Banfield pet hospital.

We've had a lot of household pets and been to our share of vet clinics. I am SO pleased with the service and care that we received today for emergency care. Our veterinarian and tech were very helpful in explaining the steps for testing, with a clear plan that saved us tons of unnecessary testing and costs. We were given choices for treatment and all the costs discussed upfront! This transparency is very helpful and appreciated. I have never experienced that, especially in an emergency situation. We are very grateful for their care.
They are always amazingly helpful and treat my family and pets like their own. In the countless times I've come to this facility NO ONE has pressured me about money or what's best or what I should do. They tell me the best possible options and let you decide without guilt. I've never had to wait in the waiting room more than maybe 15 minutes. (So in my opinion I don't see any of these negative reviews personally) I've seen how they treat other patients and personally how they treat my pets. It saddens me that people have negative reviews for this place. But in my case they've always been amazing and honest. I have no complaints and I hope it stays that way for others and myself. But for now I will always return ?

Love this place. And so does my girl. They treat my pup as I would and go over and above to keep her as healthy and happy as possible. Dr. Simon is absolutely amazing, as well as the rest of the staff.
My puppy suddenly had alot of skin issues. It's expensive but the vet knew exactly what it was and he's in his way to being healthy again. All of the staff are great and explain everything in detail.

Love this vet. He was able to find out what was wrong with our older dog very fast. Super grateful for the frank and kind way he handled the words he used in front of my teenager. His bedside manner is amazing. Will be bringing all our furry family members here.
We picked up Solo on Monday and called for an appt to get his first set of shots and were able to get in the next day. He was well taken care of. These dogs are like family and appreciate your help with taking care of Solo.
