So there is a big Toyota dealer close to these guys where I went first to try and make a deal on a Toyota Tacoma but was unable to find one in there inventory. Since these guys were super close I thought I would pull in to see what they have. I was greeted by Ali...and they had a 2003 Toyota Tacoma which was the type of vehicle I was looking for. I found one of their cars listed online and drove up to Bellevue to check it out. When my wife and I got to test drive and look over the car it was exactly what I wanted. We purchased it and the finance manager was just super for making the buy easy and stress free. I had been shopping for a specific vehicle for over a week and had gone into at least 10 lots. Each place I stopped at tried to sell me something I didn’t want. When I reached out to Quality John pulled the vehicle I wanted to test drive around to the back until I was able to make it from Lakewood to Lynnwood that night. No one tried to push me towards another vehicle and they all worked to get me the one I wanted even after my bank would not work with me. The guys stayed late, even the owner, and made me feel like I was more than just a sale. Quality has a lifelong customer with me and I tell everyone to check Quality out when looking for a new vehicle. It was worth the drive and long night.
