Five Focus offers one of the most unique and challenging exercise classes -- Kinesis! It's high-intensity interval training at its best! I've been going to these work out classes for almost 8 years now, and it's never gotten monotonous. The structure of the class blends strength training, cardio, balance work, and a bit of cognitive work too! Each and every routine is different, with each of the instructors bringing their own style to the work. It's the best this city has to offer!

My low back was causing me great discomfort after two total hip replacement surgeries, I could barely walk 2 blocks or sit or stand for any length of time without great discomfort. I walked into Avant PT a broken girl. I worked primarily with Katie. She focused on giving me a highly individualized program. She was very knowledgeable and caring. She also honed in on functional movement for me. She helped heal my back and I could not recommend her highly enough! Also the receptionist is awesome! Avant will help get you back to your life!
I totally recommend Avant Physical Therapy. I had been to a couple therapists in the past to deal with a nagging shoulder issue, but after working with Brenna I can honestly say that my shoulder has never felt better. Brenna was very educational about what I needed to do and gave me all the tips and tools to maintain the strength that I gained. She was easy to talk to and went out of her way to try to make this recurring problem go away. Casey also was great with scheduling and was always a joy to talk to. Avant is very conveniently located in Belltown / Lower Queen Anne.

Adam, Lindsay, Alex, and the rest of the team are great. Adam does a great job explaining what his happening, why, and how he will help through the rehab process. Thanks everyone!
I have been impressed with the skill, professionalism, and compassion of this team since day 1 of being referred here. Adam & Bart, Mac & Lindsey have all been attentive, creative and rooting for my increased mobility, independence and strength! The front desk staff have been responsive to all my questions and worked with me and my insurance. After a severe soft tissue injury, they have given me my freedom back. Full trust and confidence in this place.

Amazing studio! Great instruction of true Pilates!
I've been going to this Pilates studio pretty consistently for the past 8 or 9 years and I keep coming back because the teachers are super attentive, well trained and highly responsive and because the results are amazing. Whenever I can't make it for a couple days or I'm too busy and only get there once a week, I can really feel the difference - especially after gardening or chasing my kid. I've had a couple series of sessions with the Physical Therapists (Joy and Dan) there too and it's very helpful to have the PT check in with my regular teachers.
