I love this place! The staff is very sweet and kind. I feel like I'm in safe hands when coming here because I know the Doctor is a man of integrity. I feel like he truly cares about his patients and strives to give the most excellent care. The front desk is also very diligent and helpful. Before committing to any sort of treatment they give you a very thorough and detailed explanation of your insurance benefits and financial responsibility. Everyone here is professional, personable, and very willing to help. This place is awesome! it's bright, welcoming and clean! I recommend it hands down!

I visited Lovrovich Orthodontics and another nearby office in early 2010 to explore orthodontic treatment options and pricing. I decided to go with Dr. Lovrovich, who is very personable, and his impressive staff. Despite some serious issues with my teeth, Dr. Lovrovich recommended Invisalign on upper and lower and we began treatment. I paid cash up front. Within a few months I suddenly needed to move out of state. My entire series of Invisalign trays had already been created and received by the office, so I received all of them, instructions on continuing treatment, a partial refund, and directions to find another orthodontist in my new location. In the end it was a year before I established another orthodontist, but I simply kept rotating trays like clockwork and seamlessly finished the course of treatment. Lovrovich Orthodontics set me up for a perfectly successful result.
At 55, I went to see Dr. Lovrovich. He did an incredible job straightening the jumble of teeth in my mouth. Over the years my upper and lower teeth became so crooked, it became increasingly painful to chew, and I began to avoid smiling. In less than two years, my teeth looked better than I ever thought possible. The pain was gone and I could smile freely. When it comes to orthodontics, Dr. Lovrovich is a perfectionist indeed! I am 100% happy with our experiences at North Seattle Orthodontics! To explain, I must first make a confession—wherever I go, my brain is constantly looking for things that don't work, or need to be fixed. I can't help it. It has been a delightful surprise to be totally relaxed at North Seattle, because everything works and is handled beautifully! There's nothing I would improve. The results are impeccable. (I have two kids who finished their braces, so I've seen the results. Now I'm finishing up mine.) All of the staff is friendly, it feels like their on a team together, and on MY team. We're greeted with a smile, remembered, and sometimes we get to chat about life. When I need to complain or share a challenge, Dr. Lyons and the assistants listen with empathy. They encourage me to wear my bands, but never make me feel guilty. They explain procedures and talk me through it. Their touch is gentle. On top of that, every little detail is attended to. The waiting room has water, coffee; the brushing station is stocked and labeled; signs are around to give direction; there are prizes; and sometimes trivia games. 100% happy with the results, the price, the staff, the environment. As a bonus, my brain and I get to be totally relaxed along the way.
We never have to wait for our appt to start. Everyone including the office staff are friendly and helpful. Concerns are quickly addressed and extra time is taken when we have questions. If your kid needs braces you should really visit Dr. Lyons. Today a chain was added and Dr Lyon's took time to explain this. Taylor was very helpful when I needed to put rubber bands in a new spot
