Dr. Chi Wai ‘Doris’ Wong, OD a graduate of University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) has been offering family eye care for over 10 years. In 2002, she also received her doctorate in Optometry degree from the University of Missouri, St. Louis.

I took my daughter to Vision Plus on Benson after reading other reviews about the service. The staff and the provider deserve all the accolades they have gotten! My daughter and I were warmly greeted at the door and did not wait long to be seen. At the end of the visit, one of the office women (I am bad with names) worked to make sure I was getting the most cost efficient deal for the type of insurance I have (contacts versus eye glasses). I think that type of attention to detail goes above and beyond what is expected. Great experience!!

Called in 2 wks ago to place an order for my daughters contacts. Called to ask about status on contacts. They said that I never placed an order. Person that answered the phone "Angel" was reading the notes on my daughters account first saying, "...called to place an order" and then she retracted and said that it read "...called and wanted to place an order". Why would I call saying that I wanted to place an order for contacts and not place an order. Then I was told that my daughters prescription had expired. She needed her contacts for an important event this Saturday. Never going back here again. UPDATE: Angel contacted me and we were able to place an order for my daughter. I really appreciate your follow up.

I've been a patient of Dr. Jensens for several years, but recently underwent my first real "procedure" and I am so happy to be under the care of a true expert eye doctor like Dr. Jensen. He exudes confidence and his depth of knowledge is second to none. He never stopped short in his care for me (such as seeing me after hours etc.) during my treatment of a corneal erosion. Dr. Michael Anthony Golitzwho works at the center, graduated with honors in 1983 from Ohio State University-College of Optometry and has an experience of 34 years. The staff are well trained and are highly praised by their past patients.

I am very happy with my experience here. Upon entering, the office is pristinely clean, open, and modern. The receptionists are so welcoming and it really is nice to receive service with a genuine smile and conversation. The Optometrist I saw, Dr. Allison Moy, was quite knowledgeable, answered all my questions thoroughly, and I did not feel rushed by her at all. The Optician who helped me choose a pair of frames was graciously honest and I feel I walked away making the right choice for my look. I went to pick up my new frames today and I am so pleased. The fit and feel are great. I don't often take the time to review businesses but felt compelled to write one today because I am so satisfied with this clinic.
Generally good service. The frame was broken in one leg within several weeks but the store has a good warranty and replaced it soon. Customer service was good and responsible.
