Dr. Norstrem is fantastic with the animals and is very kind when discussing illnesses or other issues about your pet. The veterinary assistants are all so kind and loving towards the pets. The receptionists are great, too, because even they remember each pet and can be very informative and helpful.
They are nice & knowledgeable. They can handle a variety of health issues. I've only experienced one downside. They charged me for something they shouldn't have but I caught it in the parking lot. I brought it back in to show them and they refunded my money however they put it on my account instead of giving me my money back. It was a month or so before I was able to use my money.

My daughter had a bunny emergency today and didn't have the funds handy. Sacajawea let me take care of it from the other side of the Rockies. Though bunny didn't make it, she said everyone, including reception was as nice as could be to her and bunny. Thank you so much for making a sad day possible to get through because of your caring and helpful attitude.

They treated our dogs very well. Best haircut our Pom has had. Bath and flea treatment and got all shots up to date for a very reasonable price. Thank you!
I took my 15yr old POM to a vet in puyallup. They had no compassion for him. Said I needed to take him to a cardiac specialist. I found A Small Animal Hospital and took him there. Amy was great with him. Took exrays and put him on heart medicine. She is very compassionate, honest, friendly and fair. I recommend A small animal hospital. No wait time either. I had to wait 2 hours and 10 min at the vet in Puyallup. THANK you amy for giving me longer with my boy!

I can't say enough about the staff at this clinic! Shannon at the front desk worked us in on a very busy day, Catt was helpful and friendly with us during the check-in. Dr Teberg and Corina are the best ! Dr Teberg always has the answers and best options for our dog's health. Corina is very knowledgeable and makes all of us comfortable during the exam or tests. They are the reason we continue to come to this clinic.
After taking my dog to multiple vets that made me feel like I was just getting scammed and expected to pay hundreds just to be told the same thing over and over and not getting the information and help I needed to help my dog who had a tumor on his eyebrow and was diagnosed with spindle cell cancer. I was losing hope until I found this place which was not only affordable but I was given so much more helpful info and they made me feel like they cared and loved my dog ecko as much as I do. They were so great and were able to handle my super excited and rambunctious canine companion! I couldn't be more thankful to have found this place and I would encourage anyone who has been on the hunt for a great affordable and helpful vet for your furry family member to definitely go here!
