I recently had my roof replaced by St Joseph's. The overall experience was professional and seamless. I cannot recommend them enough. I first met with one of their sales rep who I really liked but then I found out he had to move out of state for family reasons. I was a bit concerned, but then, Nick, the GM, took over and I so glad he did! He kept me constantly updated throughout the whole process, came back around in-person to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work and he even fixed 2 light fixtures in my house for nothing. The workers were efficient, polite & professional. Excellent clean-up job. It's rare to find an honest company with good values nowadays.

I have never met a more competent group of contractors. They are on time all the time. The are professional, curtious. If your not satisfied with any aspect of the job They make it right. Thumbs up job well done.

A branch shattered our skylight on a windy Sunday afternoon. Commonwealth Roofing & Siding was the first roofer to return our call and promptly arrived to tarp the roof (even with strong winds). Mike took photos of his great work and performed the work at a reasonable cost. We were extremely grateful for his willingness to interrupt his weekend so we could salvage ours! I would strongly recommend Commonwealth Roofing & Siding.

The free little library that my son built and installed at the Vienna Community Learning Garden has an ultra durable 30 year roof thanks to Commonwealth! We really appreciated your advice on the design of roof as well as the upcycled materials. Commonwealth is a great company to work with, not only from the customer perspective, but also as a generous community member.

Tim from Enhanced Roofing and Remodeling came out and he was super professional. We had a leak in our house and he used an infrared scanning tool to diagnose the leak quickly and effectively; other contractors came out and could not even find the source of the leak. Scheduling the work was painless and required minimal effort on my part by working with my schedule. The work was done using high quality materials and a skilled laborer. I would recommend Enhanced Roofing and Remodeling to my friends and family and would have them do future roofing work [ just hopefully not too soon ;) ]

Enhanced Roof and Remodeling was very responsive is setting up an initial estimate and took the time to look at my issue along with whatever else they observed. Provided a fair estimate and it was a pretty quick turnaround for the repairs. The work performed was quick and with quality.

My wife and I recently had three skylights repaired after one began to leak several weeks ago in a house we purchased last fall. We were referred to Enhanced Roofing and Remodeling by another roofer who did not repair flat roofs. Mike Livingston came out within about an hour of my call, and during a rain shower climbed up and quickly assessed the problem. I received a reasonable quote that evening, and they were very professional by including a copy of their license and insurance information with the quote. We were very pleased with the work of Kyle Dimento in reinstalling flashing around all the skylights which unfortunately was improperly installed by contractors employed by the prior owner. We have had no problems during the rain over the past few days. We would certainly recommend based on this experience.

Really terrific company from start to finish. The staff person that came out to do the estimate was professional, factual, and explained everything east. The estimate was extremely competitive. The crew that did the work was very good as well and except for the new roof when I returned from work, I would not have known they were there. They followed-up to provide my certificate and make sure I was satisfied. Best company I have worked with on major home repairs.

Pond Roofing was recommended through Angie's List, but you have to do your due diligence. We interviewed 4 roofing contractors, and got the best feeling and past performance reviews from Pond. Their work was excellent, we chose to re-roof, and glad we went with Pond. Their method was to remove all the old shingles and tar paper first, not just install new shingles over them. They discovered the builder did not do a great job on the roof, and we had to have the equivalent of 30+ 4x8 sheets replaced. The rotting plywood coming off the roof was just awful. It did also take them twice as long as they first estimated, but it was good to get it done right. We also had them do gutters and leaf guards and have been very happy over the last four years, plus gotten many compliments from the neighbors. Highly recommended!

For a roofing job we needed done quickly, our first (and only) call was to Orion Home Improvements. Brian came out and provided me with the estimate and worked closely with the property manager to ensure we remained in compliance with our building code. Within 2 days, Jeremiah was on the roof! They did a fantastic job on all fronts. Highly recommend the entire Orion team if you want peace of mind for your home (or office!) improvements.

AJ and Jason worked very hard to provide me with the roof I decided I wanted within my budget. I did my homework as to which shingles and system I wanted to use and Orion was very accommodating. The installation went well. The installers worked hard, were very knowledgeable and performed a quality job and I was very satisfied overall. We has a few issues with the weather and the schedule, but it all worked out well in the end. I am extremely happy and satisfied with my new roof.

Brian was awesome to deal with. He came out and gave a free, competitive estimate and was able to schedule our roof replacement immediately. The roof, gutters and downspouts look amazing and we have already recommended him to several people.

Could not be more pleased with my roof replacement. Ken came out, explained the problems he saw with my roof and how he would fix them. I appreciated the explanations and the insight as to how his service was a little more comprehensive that others. On a personal note, Ken's a very professional and trustworthy person. The experience with Ken and his team was fantastic from beginning to end and gave us great piece of mind. We needed roof work, an attic fan installed and some electrical work. Ken was thorough and upfront with his assessment and recommendations. We did not get the work done right away and Ken was patient and respectful of our time. When we were ready for the work, Ken was very accommodating with our work schedules. He and his team were professional and very skilled. They were respectful of our home and got the work done in a very timely manner. I would trust Ken and his team for any future work and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

A local roofer gave me an estimate on my roof repair. I thought the estimate was high and he was also adding the Ice Guard and other things on to the estimate. Also I could only find one review on the roofer and that seemed a bit unusual. I began searching the internet for an alternative. When I came across Ken's website I was impressed by the reviews so I called them. Ken (the owner) answered the call and set up an appointment. Ken was purely professional and told me exactly what to expect, how the job would be done to include where the debris truck would need to be parked. Ken gave me an estimate the same day, which was much lower than the local roofers. Since it was cold, I had to wait a few days for a warm period for the shingles to set correctly. The morning the roofers arrived they were very professional, set up and began the job. The main roof was finished in a day with the remaining eaves finished the next day. The entire job, start to finish was extremely professional. I highly recommend Ken and his crew to anyone that needs a repair or replacement.
