I was welcomed with Big Bright Smiles from the receptionist Mallory, Randi the hygienist who was absolutely wonderful. Doctor Amanda Seay spent some time with me examining my mouth and she's such a positive person. I had to move from Massachusetts to find a dental office as great is this one! The place is like a dental spa you have your choice of water tea a warm wrap for your neck. The setting of the office is absolutely beautiful. This was a very positive experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Amanda Seay and her staff to anyone who is looking for a new dentist.
Best experience I’ve ever had in a dentist office (and I’ve had a lot of them). I was so stressed out before my procedure ( needed a crown and a good amount of drilling). It was so stress free and painless , I couldn’t believe when Dr Seay was done! Love this doctor and would recommend to anyone-especially if you have a fear of dental procedures. I recently had gum repair with Dr. Backman. I was referred to him by Dr. Warner and I'm so glad I didn't wait to have this procedure done. My recession was significant, but Dr. Backman is a pro and very thorough and caring. He patiently answered all of my questions and he and his assistant worked very hard to give me a good experience with my surgery. He even called me that evening to check and see how I was doing! My family moved to the area in 2014 and looking for the right dental care wasn't easy. When we found East Cooper Dental, our search ended. Although it's not the closest to our home, the staff make it worth the extra drive. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable and the cleanings are even fun. I am a fairly new patient with I'on, but have been more than happy with my 3 visits. Recently had a Sunday evening emergency, they worked me in Monday morning for a 2hr. emergency root canal. I know that had to cause difficulties for all the staff, but you would never know it by the exceptional care and follow up I received . I highly recommend this dental practice.

My first experience at Pleasant Family Dentistry was definitely a great experience. From the second I walked in the door I was greeted by a very welcoming staff and was treated like I was part of the family for my entire experience. The examination was performed at a very high level and I was impressed with their use of technology. I would highly recommend them as a dentist and I have to say that they have an excellent marketing department which led me to them!
Today was my first visit to see Pleasant Family Dentistry. I was welcomed immediately by a very cheerful front desk agent, and given a gift bag and tour of the office area. They went over my details and asked about payment options, as well as discussed an opportunity to save on an insurance plan they have. The dental hygienist, Judy, was awesome. Very informative and thorough! She explained every step of what they were doing, went over costs associated with treatment plans, etc. Then I met Dr. Callison who was very kind, and fun, and down-to-earth. I immediately felt comfortable with her. I was referred to them by a co-worker and couldn't be happier. The first exam and x-rays were free as well for new clients. Happy Girl with a clean mouth now! :)

Before I knew it, I was greeted by Sarah who did a flawless job in cleaning my teeth. I will be the first to tell ya, I hate going to the doctor's office.
