Complete Eye Care was opened by Dr. Gene Ray in 1988. Its staff includes Dr. Chris Swanson, Drs. Shane, Timothy Snider, Larry Silkey and Dr. Brandon. The clinic was the first in South-western Oklahoma to provide the Optovue RTVue. Dr. Timothy Snider graduated from the North-eastern State University College of Optometry in 1985. The doctors treat diseases such as glaucoma, myopia, bifocals, allergies, eye infections and trauma. They also offer vision correction with contact lenses, Laser Eye Surgery and glasses.

Dean McGee Eye Institute is located in Oklahoma, Lawton and it serves the Oklahoma and the global community with optometric services. The organisation is home to the Department of Ophthalmology of the University of Oklahoma and trains programmes to the residents, medical students and clinical fellows. Services offered include premium cataract surgery, glaucoma, eye exams, ocular oncology, contact lenses, dry eye, optical problems, retina & vitreous, uveitis and ocular immunology.

Dr. Swales Vision Source, located in Lawton, has been providing optometry services and vision care since 1978. Dr. Swales graduated from the University of Houston in 1975. He is a member of the American Optometric Association and Oklahoma Association of Optometric Physicians. He was named as Oklahoma Association of Optometric Physicians-OAOP’s Physician of the year 2015. Services provided are lenses and frames, eye diseases treatments, vision correction contact lenses and more.

John E. Barnes Jr., joined Eye Care on Gore in 1969 which was his father’s practice. He too retired and left Dr. Leong in 2009 to continue with his legacy. Dr. Leong graduated from UCLA in 1992 and from Southern California College of Optometry in 1996. She has served states like Maryland, Illinois and Hawaii as a military spouse. Treatments and services offered include binocular vision, astigmatism, eye infections, and allergic eyes, foreign bodies in the eye, contact lenses, glasses and more.

J Dean Nolan & Associates is an Optometry clinic located in Lawton that provides excellent and reasonably priced eye care. Dr. Nolan, the optometrist, graduated from Cameron University and North-eastern University College of Optometry. He has featured in magazines for his work with Lomb and Bausch where he is a consultant. Together with Dr. Eric Nielsen, they offer services such as glaucoma testing, foreign body removals, treatment of eye diseases, corneal abrasions, routine eyeglass exam and pre & post operational care on Lasik surgery.

Young Eye Institute located in Lawton was founded by Dr. Joseph J. Young in the late 1980s. Dr. Young is one of the most qualified cataract surgeons in the United States having performed more than 45,000 cataract surgeries. He is a board certified member of the American Board of Ophthalmology and an associate member of the American Medical Association and Oklahoma Academy of Ophthalmology. Dr. Russell Hopkins is the Clinical Services Director specializing in anterior laser microsurgery, ocular diseases and pre & post-operative surgical care. Advanced Technology Lens Implants are also offered.
