I see a lot of negative reviews on here, but my experience was very good. I went in to have something checked out and removed. The procedure was done quickly and professionally. I informed Dr. Graham and his staff that I have an issue with needles and they made it as painless and comfortable as it could possibly be. The staff was super friendly and eager to answer questions.
Best experience! Dr. Graham and his whole staff are excellent. Very patient and understanding. Answer all my questions until I feel comfortable with understanding them. I've been going for treatments of basal cell carsinoma and highly recommend Dr. Graham. He takes his time and explains every step along the way. He also tries his hardest to make the scar minimal and I so appreciate that.

The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They create a personalized experience with their guests. The atmosphere is clean and cozy which allows me to feel relaxed and at ease. Char and Amber are so great at what they do and I'm getting incredible results with the treatments for my mommy tummy. It doesn't hurt and it works! It's so worth the money!
