We got our first cat, a ferral in our neighborhood, in November 2017. The staff was very friendly and made us feel comfortable as first time pet owners. They answered all our questions and even when we had questions from home, everyone we’ve spoken too has always been helpful and friendly. We got a new kitten a week ago and had to take her in late at night as an emergency because she had a seizure shortly after we brought her home. Dr. Walker and the vet talk (sorry I don’t remember her name) were so wonderful and patient with us. They were both so friendly and warm that it almost felt like talking with friends rather than vets. Yes, they are pricey here but I feel the quality of care we get for my two fur babies (Skittles and Charlotte) are well worth it. I definitely recommend Bartels and Busack.
Bartels seems like a good facility. It's pretty clean and everyone is very friendly. The pricing seems high but it's because everything has to happen all at once, the line items themselves seem pretty reasonable. They have worked with me to split up the pricing and make it more manageable. They make everything very simple and easy for the customer as far as setting up follow up appointments and getting things taken care of. So far I'm pleased with my experience here.

I am new to Broadview Animal Hospital after our family moved to the area and found ourselves in the position of needing to find last-minute help/surgery for an acute injury our young family dog experienced. This team was quick to step in and help same-day after being turned away on calls we made to several other practices in the area. I am very impressed with Dr. Shaw and his willingness to go above and beyond for his clients. His decades of practical experience and dedication to client-centric service were immediately apparent to me initially and well after post-op. Even in acute situations, his practice is focused on building lasting relationships with clients—I found Broadview Animal Hospital online by chance in a rush and we are grateful our family discovered this Cleveland-area gem.
Found this place after calling several other local vets this place had the nicest staff so I decided to give it a shot. Dr was super friendly, service was great and fairly priced. Happy to bring my dog back!

I have always, and will always, take my animals here. I love working with Dr. Fegan or any of the vets. They're very knowledgeable and give me answers to all of my questions. My dog who is not even 3 yet will need a hip replacement in both of her hips. Dr. Fegan told me right away everything she noticed and what my options were (including how to afford it because it's VERY costly). I love it here and they really care about your animals. I won't go anywhere else.
Reese's surgery went great! Her incision looks great even on day two. I also truly appreciate you taking the precaution to postpone her surgery so her blood clotting test could go for further testing since the initial test you did showed it was slow. You always have my animals and my best interest not only in your mind but your heart also. Thank you so much!!!!!

Under rated and unappreciated. Cleveland Animal Care & Control does a fabulous job of getting dogs off of impound and into homes and rescues. It will get even better with the projected opening of the new facility.
Got our dog honey from here and she couldn't be happier with us. We love her so much, such a spoiled girl. Good sized play yard, we met some dogs in the outdoor area, they send the dog home with a collar, microchip, tags, and they will give you a leash if you don't have one. They have pretty much only pitbull dogs.

I like that that staff is young. The office is beautiful with the cute touches that shows it is a vet office. I really like that the office has an app to keep track of meds and appointments. Makes life so much easier!
Once again, my accident prone Schmudge has injured his foot. I appreciate how the staff cares for him, and eases my mind for every visit. They are wonderful! Compassionate, caring, and very knowledgeable. Thank you for everything you do for us.

We have had nothing but the best service from this hospital. All the staff and Dr.'s are so caring and knowledgeable. We also had four of our pets taken care of during their last days and putting them to sleep, which is the hardest thing to do.
I love this place. They are so caring and loving with your animals.
