Mr. Walker actively communicated with me throughout the process and made me feel like a priority. My case was handled with the utmost care and importance. They genuinely have their client’s best interest at heart. I highly recommend their services!
Mr. Walker handled a traffic citation for me. It was wonderful having experienced representation and not facing the anxiety of going to court. I am very pleased. I received no points on my license or rate increase for my insurance. -Sandra H.
Since 1994 Scott has been providing his legal services to the residents of Concord and Cabarrus Counties. He got his Juris Doctor in Law from the University of North Carolina in 1994 and opened his own practice in 1997 and moved his office to the current location in 2000. Scott’s practice areas include DUI/DWI, drug crimes, felonies, speeding tickets, traffic offenses, misdemeanors, murder cases, assault and battery, firearm offenses, shoplifting, larceny, communicating threats, and underage drinking. He has accreditation from the North Carolina State Bar.
I wish I could give SIX (6) stars to Scott and his legal Team! His experience really paid off in resolving my complicated case in Cabarrus County. He knew all of the traffic officers/deputies, all of the ADAs and all of the judges. He helped me design a strategy based on his experience, navigate the judicial system, adapt when necessary and obtain a result that was much better than my wildest expectations. All the way, I was communicating with Scott and Lisa, his amazing Legal Secretary. During times of uncertainty related to a legal matter in a county that is not your own, it is nice to know that there are people in Cabarrus county who will treat your legal matter like their own. Thanks Scott & Lisa!
Scott Robertson was easy to get a hold of and easy to talk to after I got my first speeding ticket in 13 years! I was NOT required to come in to speak with him and NOT required to go to court. I paid my fee to him over the phone and he handled the ticket and court date. He got the ticket thrown out and my insurance didn't go up! If you have any sort of driving tickets call Scott! He's a good guy helping good people! BEST IN TOWN!
Darrin started his law career in private practice after he graduated from the Wake Forest University School of Law in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He was admitted to bar in 2008 and his specialty areas have been criminal defense, DUI/DWI workers’ compensation, personal injury and civil litigation. He is a member of the North Carolina State Bar and Cabarrus County Bar Association, and United States District Court Eastern District of North Carolina.
Darrin Gamradt was very professional, very reasonable priced and well educated in the particular area of law I needed assistance with. Also, very pleased with the turn around time for completion! I am totallly satisfied with the result! Thank you, Thank you! Hopefully I won’t need his assistance in the future but if I did I feel confident he will do a fabulous job.
I hired Darrin to work on a case for my family and was very pleased with how he helped us. He made contact with us to keep us up to date on the status of the case and made us aware of what to expect next. He contacted the other involved attorney and resolved the matter to our satisfaction. I would recommend Darrin Gamradt and would use his legal services again.

The private practice is owned by Justin and Kimberly Olinski who both got their Juris Doctors from Hofstra University of School of Law. The firm’s practice areas include criminal law, DUI/DWI, personal injury, family law, and immigration law. The specific services of DWI include DWI aggravating factors, checkpoints, boating while impaired, breath and blood test, DWI penalties and process, field and sobriety test, limited driving privileges, multiple DWI, and vehicular manslaughter.
My fiance was late to his last appearance court date and they wouldn't see him. We called Olsinski and they swept in like a super hero! They met him at the court house, got all his court dates handled (multiple tickets), got everything reduced, and helped us figure out what we needed to do. They kept in constant contact, we never had to call and ask where we were at on things. They even checked in to let us know we could get his licence reinstated when we thought it would be suspended for the next year. Their prices are well below what they're worth, that's for sure! I couldn't be thankful enough for they're help, and I would definitely recommend them for anyone who needs personal, effective work.
This firm was a huge help from the beginning in resolving my traffic ticket. I got a letter from them in the mail and after looking up their reviews I decided to get their help. From the first call they were very helpful, receptive and responsive. I would recommend them to anyone who needs any legal help, especially in the traffic sector as that was my experience with them.

They specialize in criminal defense and the practice areas include DUI/DWI 1st and 2nd offense, DWI search and seizure and expungement, field sobriety test, alcohol testing devices, boating under the influence, rising BAC defense, GERD defense, license suspension, alcohol laws, and traffic violations such as careless driving, and failure to obey traffic laws among others.
Bill Powers did an amazing job working out my very first ticket which was speeding in a school zone. I was home for Christmas break and the speed limit on our street was changed while I was at school. So, I was pulled over in a school zone. The fine was very expensive, but Bill was able to work it out and we paid so much less and it didn't affect our insurance! Bill was so great to work with. He made us feel so comfortable and assured us everything would be ok...he was right! Thanks so much Bill and the team!
Great Law Firm they Mr Powers fought very hard for my case. I will recommend this Law Firm to anyone with a DUI. He actually took his time to look over my case and at the end it paid off. THANKS!
