Ella made my husband's grooms cake for my wedding August 2017. As a pastry chef I am very selective about who I order desserts from, and Ella was the obvious choice for the job. She was able to make an exact replica of our boat, down to the Tweety Bird sticker on the side! The cake was delicious!! The tasting was great! We went in and the entire tasting room smelled amazing! We loved all of the flavors we picked and tasted, and couldn't believe how many flavors she had to choose from! She was very accommodating; suggesting great solutions for our small couples cake and suggestions on the design. I can't wait to see how the wedding day turns out with her treats!
We could not have asked for a more perfect wedding cake! Ella's Celestial Cakes was so easy to work with, the cake was melt in your mouth delicious and the price was very reasonable. Their shop is adorable and we felt right at home as soon as we started the tasting. I'm not one to leave a review about anything ever, but I love Nona's so much that I have to! We recently celebrated my sister's bridal shower with a cake from Nona's. It was beautifully decorated, just the way we ordered. I went to pick it up, and was very impressed with the customer service. The young man working that day helped carried the cake to my car and made sure it was safe and secure. I had the same cake years back for my high school graduation (vanilla cake with raspberry filling) and the cake we had for the shower tasted just as amazing as I remembered mine did. Anytime I have a special occasion in Charlotte, I'll be sure to get my cake from Nona's! Thank you for making our family's special moments so special.
We ordered our wedding cake from Nona's! We went in for a tasting and were blown away by their bright flavors and combinations. Our guests loved the cake and we cannot wait to eat it on our anniversary (we saved the top layer). We ordered a 3 layer round cake tuxedo/cream cheese buttercream top and bottom layer, lemon/lemon mouse middle layer. Nona's took great care in putting designs on our cake that matched our wedding color scheme of plum and green. They were flexible with cake delivery. I would highly recommend them.

My guests still talk about how delicious the cake was and how breathtaking it was! We had lemon raspberry for one tier and salted caramel for another. Our anniversary cake is carrot cake. I absolutely recommend Wow Factor Cakes because the attention to detail put into the cake is unmatched.
The Wow Factor Cakes definitely lives up to their name! The cake they made for our wedding was definitely WOW worthy! They were great to work with and very professional. I loved that they incorporated our monogram design from our invitations on to our cake, and they they sent a digital viewing of what the cake will look like. The flavor of the cake was amazing and mouth watering probably the best I've ever had !! They also had so much selection to choose from from flavors, design, style I felt like they really had all the equipment they needed to make the cake of my dreams where as many other cake vendors I spoke with said they couldn't do the design I wanted but charged the same price. Also they sent us home with cake to eat at the hotel which was nice cause I didn't have time to eat it at the actual wedding. Every client remarks that they hate to cut into their beautiful creations, but that's always quickly squelched with sounds of delighted-bliss once they taste the product. Marrianne is an amazing artist, and Lei always takes such good care of our couples. I highly recommend Wow Factor Cakes!!
