It has made the process of getting into our attic for servicing our heater and air handler as well as for storing small items infinitely easier than it was. His workmanship is excellent. The job, which included the construction and installation of an associated attic access door (hatch) into an existing frame box, was completed quickly and efficiently. Does a great job and doesn't leave a big mess. I work and have occasionally left him in my house completing his work, with no concerns about leaving him. He just pushes the lock on the knob when leaving and sends me a bill.
