This place is amazing! From the moment you call to book until you step out the door they're so friendly and inviting. I took my twins here for their very first cut (they're 9) and I couldn't be happier with it and I don't think they could either. One of them kept going back to the mirror over and over to admire himself. Sarah was so sweet and did such a great job I made an appointment for my younger son and plan on making one for myself.

I went in to get my eyebrows waxed. I did not have an appointment. They were able to get me in within 15 minutes. The place looks very nice inside the mall. The staff there are really nice. The lady that did my eyebrows was super nice. She listen to my concerns. My eyebrows aren't naturally even. She was able to make my eyebrows even. She done my eyebrows so they didn't look like a ladies. I am very pleased with my eyebrows. I will be back for sure. Thanks again!
I called to see about opening and was in a chair two hours later. I went in for a quick clean up of my long hair. I asked for 2 inches off and some shaping for dimension and that’s exactly what I got. I was very pleased with my haircut and would definitely recommend coming here.

I love the vibe at Pendlebury. I always ask for Natalie, but from observation, it seems that all the stylists are friendly, stylish, talented, and professional. It's such a cute location, and feels like a home (probably because it's in a former house). I recently got my hair colored and cut and I'm very pleased!

I arrived early to my appointment and was taken care of as soon as my stylist was available. The staff was very friendly and offered coffee and water while I was waiting. They also stored my coat in a safe area. My stylist was Ali and she was very nice and did my hair EXACTLY how I pictured it. She made sure to ask questions before and during the process to ensure this was the look I desired. They also tell you the products they are using so you can purchase them if you would like. Overall it was a great experience and I will be returning!

She treats you with such personal service & gives you every pennies worth in personal attention--a true pampering experience. She's not easy to get in to, but definitely with the wait. ??????
