Dr. Dana is absolutely wonderful! She and her team of technicians have been so helpful on this journey to healing. My first spinal adjustment was amazing! I never knew such relief could be felt in an instant. At first, I wasn't totally comfortable with the open floor concept with exercise stations during my initial visit to the office for a consultation. However, at my first official appointment I discovered it actually adds an interactive element to the whole experience. Because of this I always look forward to my appointments. Dr. Ryan Winslow is full of knowledge from different aspects physical therapist , personal trainers and other chiropractors. This really help me, when i first met Dr. Ryan my neck was in bad shape not being able to tilt my head without pain. Dr. Ryan seemed very motivated to help me out asking all the right questions not just involving my neck. He really took his time to get as much information to make a custom plan to really help me improve. He showed me different exercises i can do at home not just for my neck. Also did decompression first time doing it. Big help to release pressure in my neck to do a safe adjustment. My neck feels so much better after 3 decompression. I look forward to bettering my posture and spine with all the different unique exercises and advanced equipment he has to offer.
Dr. Ryan and Straight Up Spine and Posture is awesome. His practice focuses on changing the alignment of the spine causing the root of the pain. His office offers many different types of techniques besides manual adjustments -- decompression table, traction table along with other pieces of equipment which help strengthen the spine. He is highly educated and is always eager to share it with you. I've had low back pain for the majority of my life which had been manageable until I herniated discs and suffered annual tear a couple years ago. His practice is not only for low back pain. Those suffering with acute or chronic neck and middle back pain should not waste any time and schedule a consult. My ultimate goal is to manage my lower back pain without having to undergo surgery. Dr. Ryan has provided me with the knowledge and techniques and I hope to continue to become pain-free as the months go by.

I've been coming here for years. Tom Winslow is by far the most personable and skilled chiropractor I have met. Pricing is very reasonable whether you have insurance or not. Another interesting fact Winslow Chiropractic one of the only chiropractors I know of that has an x-ray machine. They have a water table massage, electrical stimulation and several types of adjustment tables. I highly recommend Winslow Chiropractic!
