Athletico Prairie Drive Racine Aquatic Center is the Bomb!!! The crew there is A+. I'm a runner and had been going downhill for years with snapping hip, right hip problems, and the final straw Nov 2017 acute sciatica episode that left me pretty much unable to run without pain numbness and nerve issues. These guys in 3 weeks got me on the road to recovery with dry needling on the right hip trigger points and other pt exercises. They hooked me up with Rogans shoes in Kenosha for better running footwear and some Superfeet inserts and Comprehensive Orthopedics to address musculoskeletal problems. And last but not least, Daniels Chiropractic recommended Athletico to me. HUGE shout-out to Dr. John at Daniel's Chiro in Racine WI. I'll be running some more races soon!
I had torn my acl playing sports and Athletico was recommended to me for my recovery therapy. Molly was amazing. She challenged me and pushed me to where she knew I needed to be and gave me exercises to practice at home. She made it fun and was so energetic. Physical therapy is never something most people enjoy, however Molly made it something I was excited for and I actually looked forward to going.
