This was my first visit. I have had retina complications in the past and had just moved here and was noticing flashing lights. The doctor did a thorough examination as did his technician. The staff treated me like a VIP. My appointment lasted over an hour and a half. They listened to my history and made me feel validated in my concerns. Fortunately it was good news and I felt reassured that they knew what they were doing. Definitely recommend

Love this place! Dr. Shettle is an EXCELLENT Optometrist. His staff is very friendly; and, he listens and takes into consideration if you want to dilate your eyes on the visit. When he does the yearly exam, he takes his time to ensure your eyes have great correction and clarity. The office is very clean and has a calming atmosphere. I would rate this doctor and his staff over 5 stars if I can. He greatly improved my vision and aided me with my Astigmatism. I even have great and comfortable contacts thanks to him. This is a great place to go for eye care. I'm fairly new there but this is very comparable to a place I went to in Virginia. All the staff is wonderful and caring. I have glaucoma and I'm very comfortable going there and feel I'm in good hands.

I went here for the first time yesterday, based on Google reviews. They seemed to have a good selection to choose from. I'm not sure on price comparisons because I don't price shop for glasses. What was clear here is that they are very driven for customer service, especially a couple of the girls up front. They make you feel like you're part of the family. Keep up the great work!
