20 years ago I experienced a severe case of Bell’s Palsy. The episode left the eye on my affected side appearing smaller than the unaffected side and unable to raise my eyebrow on the affected side; my nose appeared to pull toward the unaffected side; my mouth pulled down on the affected side but lips appear thinner on the unaffected side. After having spent so many years unhappy with my appearance, I found Dr, Sabrina Fabi. Her skillful eye brought back the appearance of symmetry and balance to my face. She was able to give me back my sense of beauty. I left her office feeling good about my appearance for the first time in 20 years. I only wish I had found her sooner.
My experience with Dr. Wu has been amazing so far! I was recommended him by my plastic surgeon for the removal of my stretch marks on my breast. I have done two laser treatments. Going in for my second one, he examined the previous treatment and decided to go a little more intense for better results! Although I have only done two treatments (going on my third today) and I am very pleased and excited for what the turn out is going to be! Dr. Wu is extremely nice, and very professional. Did I mention the facility is so nice!! I would recommend anyone and everyone to go to him!

Really simple visit without a lot of annoying superfluous questions and what not that tend to really bug me about going to doctor's offices. Usual amount of paperwork, but as for the visit itself, it was quick and simple, expertly administered, and helped me to achieve exactly what I was after. Seems to be staffed by a lot of younger people who left some professionalism to be desired at the front, but I don't really care about that stuff so much if the actual work being done on me is good. Some people would probably have been put off, but I don't need the usual office niceties and decorum and such if I get what I came for. And in any case, the nursing staff was very personable and professional, (more like what I would have expected), for their part.

I was greeted right when I walked into M Beauty by Dr. Tess and offered tea, coffee and water. The waiting room doesn't feel like a doctors office, more like a spa or someone's living room with comfortable couches and chairs spaced around a coffee table. Procedure brochures and informative pamphlets can be read directly or explained via video interface. All of the employees treat you like a person, not a patient or number. Dr. Tess herself was very easy to interact with and I feel like she listened to my personal needs so my experience was tailored just for me.

Dr. Keel is the best dermatologist I've ever been to! I've struggled with cycstic acne for over 5 years now and visited multiple dermatologists attempting to get it under control. Dr. Keel provided me with multiple options and was the only doctor to help me get my hormonal acne condition under control. He's very nice, and was always available for last minute emergency appointments when I had a terrible breakout. I've since moved back to the Bay Area and wish I was closer - sometimes even consider visiting San Diego and booking an appointment with him!

I've had psoriasis for several years. I've been treated for it at Therapeutics. The personnel have been very helpful. My last treatment didn't go as we all hoped it would be. But I don't blame Dr. Bhatia. The drug (if that is what it was) merely made my condition worse. It improved when I switched to the drug Dr. Huang had prescribed for me a few years before.
I had a really great experience with this office! I was greeted and assisted immediately, the waiting room and facility were modern and clean and comfortable, and I was seen promptly. Not only was I taken to a room promptly, but the PA and the doctor were both in to see me immediately. I have 4 children and have been to lots of doctors visits over the years, and I have spent countless hours waiting in waiting rooms and AGAIN in patient rooms, so this was a refreshing change! In addition, and more importantly, both the PA and doc were very cordial, professional, knowledgeable and capable. They are also big on patient education, which I appreciated. My son has also been to see him with my husband and their experience was the same.
