Wanted to get my cat checked for a mass on a hind leg. Dr and staff friendly and helpful. Even tho my cat has not been seen in years, they didn't insist that I pay for shots before treatment. They were concerned for my cats health and my finances. We did what I needed and not what they wanted to make money on like a wellness check up, shots or dental check up. Good hospital to go to.
The doctor is absolutely wonderful... very friendly. You can tell he really loves his clients (dogs & cats), and has great customer service skills when speaking with people. I left there feeling confident in his ability to care for my pet cat Arthur, and with a smile on my face. Place was clean, smelled good and had separate entrances for the dogs and the cats. Lilah, Charlie & Morgan have been patients here for many years and each time we go the place is so very clean and organized. Being a newbie 'dog mom' I had a lot of questions and Dr. Tani was as patient with me as she was with Daisy and T-Bone.
