My family has two very elderly cats and I have two rats on the older side. The staff here has been nothing but friendly and caring toward our pets, with their best interests at heart. It is so nice to have a vet clinic that treats exotics with a doctor that knows and has even had rats. They are aways so knowledgeable and give me great advice on how to treat them. I would recommend this place, for sure.
Best vet place around! I have a dwarf rabbit and he has tooth problems and they are so nice about it and it doesn't cost much! So amazing I recommend Dr. Zucca for rabbits and small animals she's the greatest vet I've had. Don't go anywhere else they just want your money and don't care about your pet.

The staff and Dr. Garfield are absolutely amazing! They are always happy to see our dog and even bring him a blanket as he hates slick floors. Seeing how great they treat our old boy warms my heart and I trust them to make the right decision in the level of care needed. They also have late evening appointments available, which is very convenient for our household. I highly recommend bringing your animals here for wonderful and high quality care. The above average customer service is a huge plus.
Best place in the sacto area to take your furry kiddos! Dr. Henricks was the 2010-2011 President of the California Veterinary Medical Association. We have also visited his Colleague Dr Brickson! We love them both and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. We've been loyal clients for 13 years. They've never steered us wrong and the fees are very reasonable!

If you want a DVM who can deal with and figure out complex issues or just an all around amazing Veternarian, Dr. Davis is you man. His reputation in the community is beyond reproach.
Dr. Davis is a very kind hearted doctor I've never had a vet be so caring about my animal. When I brought Dabby in she was a very sick little dog Dr Davis Said an I knew right away she was sick u could see it on her face. Long story short Dabby is serverly enimic and needed blood transfusion and Dr Davis knew exctaly how to treat her shoes doing better then she was when I brought her in thanks doc are family and friends thank you so much

Sylvan Corners Pet Hospital is a great place to care for our dogs. We had to say goodbye to one of our beautiful dogs back in December. She hadn't eaten for some time as she was so sick. The vet tech knew that bothered me that our Winnie wouldn't get to enjoy a last meal. The tech left the room for a few minutes and came back with a steak from her own lunch. She offered it to our sweet Winnie. It meant the world to me. This type of compassion is priceless and I will never forget it. Thank you to all the staff that help us to keep our animals healthy and happy.
Love this pet hospital, both my dogs are very happy here they've had several issues and were not happy at other places. The staff is very nice and always seem happy to see you. They are very gentle with my dogs also. My smallest always threw up after leaving other pet places but he hasn't yet after his 3rd visit to Sylvan Corners
