They are available on weekends for emergencies. I have a cat that is diabetic and they make sure to keep whatever he needs in stock in case I forget to order something before he runs out. Everything is fairly priced.

Best animal hospital I've been to in 10 years! The staff are friendly and professional, the facility is beautiful. I love how clean the place is and all the special attention that went into making the inside warm and inviting. I must say that their website is very well done, easy to navigate and well thought out. Dr. B is amazing! I love the way he handles my animals, it is obvious that he is very comfortable and just has that touch that you rarely see in today's vets. What I like most about Chico Creek Animal Hospital is that I can trust them! I never have to second guess or walk away not knowing what is going on! Clean, professional, and at the top of their game!
After Forest Animal Hospital cancelled my appointment for my very sick cat, I called every animal hospital in Chico hoping to find someone to see him that day. Chico Creek was the only one that found time to squeeze him in as every other hospital either wasn't taking new patients or had no same day appointments. Within 5 minutes of being there they took us in right away. They were very thorough and caring. They explained every option I had for my cat and showed what the price of each was so I wasn't blind sided at the end. I felt no pressure to choose the more expensive options. We were in and out within an hour. As soon as I brought my cat home he was feeling better and the vet even called the next morning (on a Saturday) to check in on him. Hands down best vet experience ever.

These people are incredibly kind and caring. Sadly I had to put my 11 year old emotional support cat down earlier this week and, if it's even possible, they made it a less hysterical situation for me. Every one there definitely shows love for their work and every fur baby that comes to them. They even have a comfort cat that lounges around the lobby sometimes! Great people - they're now my first choice in what vet to take my cats to in the future and my first recommendation as well.

They explain things in a relatable but realistic way, and their follow through is outstanding. They always get back to me quickly even when I've called or visited during a busy time. I also know whenever I bring in one of my pets that I can trust the staff to care for them, and that the staff takes things at my dogs' pace if they're nervous or stressed. We're so lucky to have such a talented team of people locally!
