AQ World Famous Chicken is one of the leading caterers in Springdale Arkansas started in 1947. Some of its signature dishes are homemade spaghetti, boneless panfried chicken, award winning hickory smoked ribs and southern style catfish among others. The caterer can serve all sizes of clientele from small family gatherings to weddings and reunions. Their menus are organized into traditional (a variety of chicken served with AQ rolls and side items), house specialties, sides (green beans, sweet potato casserole and coleslaw among more), desserts, and special holiday menus such as ham and turkey.
The staff was wonderful and the atmosphere perfect, as always. The chicken tenderloins I had we're very juicy but the breading on them needed to be much crunchier. That is the only reason I'm not giving my visit five stars. The rest of the meal was perfect. I would highly recommend this wonderful iconic restaurant for family meals or group gatherings.
Wonderful fried chicken and other meats and BBQ. This is a place I have visited when in Sprindale for over 40 years and it's still a great dining experience. I go out of my way when near there to stop. Took my grandson there and he loved the "chicken fingers." Try the stewed apples with your meal. They are delicious and a great compliment... fewer calories than mashed 'taters and gravy. I think they are great
Mark Henry the founder of Catering unlimited is one of the finest chefs in Springdale Arkansas. He is a Springdale native and founded the business in 2001. Mark has more than 35 years experience in the catering business. He is personally devoted to every recipe and produces more than 4,000 customized means each week! Some of his recipes include assorted pastries, sausage rolls, sausages, muffins, turkey and cheese croissant, baked potatoes, desserts, sides items, seasoned beef, fajita chicken and vegetables among others. Mark and his team can also do Italian, backyard and gourmet fare dishes. Mark works with a team of catering experts such as an event coordinator and another executive chef.

Food is delicious and presented beautifully! I highly recommend them for weddings, but they do great job with any event. Mark and staff are knowledgeable, experienced, friendly, and so easy to work with. I would consider using anyone else.

Just had some of their food for an event at the Law School. Everything was really, really tasty. The stuffed chicken was perfect as was the mashed potatoes (what do they put in there?! I need to know!) and broccoli. High quality.

The chili is really good & got to choose with or without onions & cheese on top. That + a half sandwich (w/ perfect sliced avocado on it) perfectly filled me up. Quick efficient service by the staff & free ice cream "because everyone deserves it".
This place is amazing. The first time I had Jason's Deli I was in Little Rock for a convention. This deli taste almost like a New York style deli, almost. Not exactly the same but one of the few in Arkansas that has that New York deli feel. 100% recommend. It isn't just sandwiches that they offer, they offer wraps, pasta, salad, etc. Friendly service and amazing quality.
