She never tries to upsell me with services or products I don't need, but is always glad to help when I ask about something. The salon is neat, clean, and well lit. I am always offered water or coffee, which is great in this AZ heat. Everyone at the salon seems friendly and professional. I now recommend Icon to anyone mentioning they need a new salon. Rodney is definitely the best you could get! For a long time, I had been using box color from the drugstore. I walked in with my hair looking more yellow than blond, and extremely damaged. Rodney and his assistant Micheal evaluated my hair, and determined what I needed to achieve the look I desired. They spent over 5 hours repairing and coloring! They completely brought my hair back to life, and it was even better than what I imagined. On top of that, they are kind, compassionate, and down to earth.

It has been in business for over 14 years and has the most beautiful antiques and accents that have been collected the world over. Visited Naomi here.. Okay well, my wife did and I tagged along. The place is fantastic. Coffee and sandwich bar..in the salon!!! That's right. Plus there is a like a boutique, there too. Dresses, jewelry, cowboy hats.. Yeah and that is before you get to the stylists. When you arrive Olga greets you with a warm smile and a smart remark :) And by the time you get to the hair doing you are already in love with the place. It seemed super busy so if you want an appointment, I wouldn't wait around thinking about it. I mean we were there in the middle of the day on a Tuesday and it was packed. Great place. Seriously
I went in for extensions and had excellent service from Nikki Dolce. She was very quick and professional. The color she got matched my hair exactly and looked natural. And my hair looks awesome! I feel like a new person.
